always_o be_v give_v to_o prince_n but_o the_o comparison_n consist_v only_o in_o this_o that_o since_o the_o external_a sign_n of_o honour_n consist_v in_o our_o word_n posture_n look_n habit_n behaviour_n and_o suchlike_a external_a circumstance_n of_o action_n as_o he_o who_o do_v not_o observe_v such_o a_o good_a decorum_n in_o all_o these_o as_o be_v require_v in_o civil_a honour_n proper_a for_o religious_a worship_n and_o to_o explain_v this_o i_o shall_v lay_v down_o these_o three_o rule_n i._o that_o the_o external_a decency_n of_o worship_n consist_v in_o a_o peculiar_a of_o worship_n and_o that_o which_o the_o peculiar_a excellency_n of_o god_n and_o the_o peculiarity_n of_o the_o divine_a worship_n require_v the_o light_n of_o nature_n instruct_v all_o mankind_n in_o this_o as_o much_o as_o in_o the_o necessity_n of_o religious_a worship_n insomuch_o that_o there_o never_o be_v any_o nation_n which_o pay_v public_a and_o solemn_a adoration_n to_o any_o order_n decency_n and_o reverence_n in_o those_o cemony_n the_o use_n of_o which_o make_v the_o worship_n orderly_o decent_a and_o reverend_a though_o it_o do_v not_o make_v it_o more_o orderly_o in_o a_o surplice_n or_o the_o cross_n in_o baptism_n or_o kneel_v at_o the_o lord_n supper_n because_o it_o be_v possible_a that_o these_o religious_a action_n may_v be_v perform_v decent_o with_o other_o decent_a ceremony_n or_o circumstance_n without_o they_o but_o our_o reconciler_n though_o he_o may_v be_v a_o very_a charitable_a man_n yet_o be_v not_o very_o honest_a but_o manifest_o put_v rule_n to_o prevent_v a_o disorderly_a irreverent_a indecent_a performance_n of_o religious_a worship_n and_o may_v not_o church-governor_n then_o assign_v this_o as_o a_o reason_n why_o they_o observation_n of_o new_a moon_n and_o sabbath_n and_o other_o festival_n and_o make_v a_o distinction_n between_o clean_a and_o unclean_a meat_n and_o though_o this_o law_n be_v now_o out_o of_o
