which_o i_o have_v not_o be_v afraid_a but_o i_o humble_o beseech_v thou_o oh_o merciful_a father_n for_o thy_o son_n jesus_n sake_n take_v pity_n on_o i_o and_o free_o forgive_v i_o all_o my_o sin_n and_o save_v i_o from_o those_o misery_n which_o for_o my_o sin_n i_o have_v deserve_v and_o i_o beseech_v thou_o to_o give_v i_o thy_o holy_a spirit_n that_o i_o may_v thereby_o have_v my_o mind_n enlighten_v my_o heart_n soften_v and_o my_o nature_n so_o thorough_o renew_v and_o change_v that_o i_o may_v be_v take_v off_o from_o the_o love_n of_o all_o sin_n and_o may_v take_v such_o pleasure_n in_o thy_o service_n here_o that_o i_o may_v live_v with_o thou_o in_o happiness_n for_o ever_o hereafter_o since_o through_o thy_o great_a mercy_n i_o have_v be_v baptize_v in_o my_o infancy_n and_o thereby_o give_v up_o to_o thou_o my_o god_n and_o engage_v to_o be_v thy_o servant_n do_v thou_o help_v i_o right_o to_o understand_v and_o careful_o to_o perform_v the_o duty_n to_o which_o by_o my_o baptism_n i_o be_o bind_v that_o i_o may_v in_o heart_n and_o life_n renounce_v the_o devil_n and_o all_o his_o work_n the_o lust_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o the_o pomp_n and_o vanity_n of_o this_o world_n and_o may_v remain_v christ_n faithful_a servant_n unto_o my_o life_n end_v let_v thy_o grace_n preserve_v i_o from_o all_o those_o snare_n and_o temptation_n which_o in_o these_o my_o young_a year_n i_o be_o most_o in_o danger_n of_o oh_o keep_v i_o that_o i_o may_v never_o fall_v into_o riot_v and_o drunkenness_n whoredom_n or_o any_o kind_n of_o wantonness_n and_o uncleanness_n do_v thou_o help_v i_o at_o all_o time_n to_o watch_v over_o my_o way_n that_o i_o may_v not_o wilful_o run_v into_o any_o temptation_n and_o occasion_n of_o sin_n that_o i_o may_v
