egypt_n out_o of_o the_o house_n of_o bondage_n in_o which_o word_n he_o declare_v the_o self_n same_o thing_n as_o if_o he_o shall_v say_v i_o have_v deliver_v you_o from_o the_o tyranny_n of_o the_o of_o man_n and_o trust_v in_o they_o without_o diminish_v the_o honour_n of_o god_n but_o what_o let_v that_o we_o may_v not_o do_v the_o same_o towards_o the_o saint_n already_o receive_v into_o heaven_n that_o be_v to_o say_v call_v upon_o they_o and_o in_o some_o sort_n put_v our_o trust_n in_o they_o upon_o this_o condition_n that_o we_o take_v they_o as_o instrument_n appoint_v of_o god_n for_o our_o help_n mat._n god_n very_o give_v this_o ability_n to_o those_o that_o be_v alive_a yea_o he_o have_v command_v that_o one_o shall_v help_v another_o but_o this_o can_v be_v in_o the_o dead_a for_o solomon_n say_v also_o their_o love_n &_o their_o hatred_n and_o their_o error_n 6._o eccles_n 9_o 6._o be_v now_o perish_v and_o they_o have_v no_o more_o portion_n for_o ever_o in_o all_o that_o be_v do_v under_o the_o sun_n theoph._n how_o know_v thou_o that_o god_n have_v not_o give_v this_o power_n to_o the_o dead_a to_o be_v able_a to_o help_v we_o and_o that_o therefore_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v pray_v unto_o when_o any_o necessity_n press_v we_o mat._n there_o be_v no_o one_o example_n of_o this_o in_o all_o the_o scripture_n which_o notwithstanding_o be_v the_o most_o certain_a rule_n of_o truth_n 10._o jer._n 17._o 10._o psal_n 7._o 10._o moreover_o it_o teach_v we_o that_o god_n only_o know_v the_o thing_n that_o be_v absent_a and_o understand_v the_o take_v no_o small_a pleasure_n by_o that_o which_o thou_o have_v speak_v upon_o these_o four_o point_n now_o that_o our_o speech_n may_v end_v there_o where_o it_o begin_v i_o do_v acknowledge_v and_o notwithstanding_o defile_v themselves_o with_o idolatry_n and_o superstition_n against_o their_o conscience_n theop._n those_o man_n be_v wont_a to_o answer_v which_o also_o myself_o have_v hear_v of_o they_o more_o than_o once_o that_o they_o acknowledge_v no_o sin_n in_o that_o see_v they_o lift_v up_o their_o mind_n unto_o god_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o those_o ungodly_a superstition_n ill_a intent_n as_o if_o one_o pray_v to_o god_n to_o be_v praise_v &_o well_o think_v of_o but_o concern_v action_n of_o their_o own_o nature_n evil_a and_o express_o forbid_v of_o god_n as_o be_v outward_a idolatry_n there_o be_v no_o inward_a affection_n of_o the_o mind_n which_o can_v make_v they_o good_a &_o acquit_v they_o from_o sin_n theop._n in_o what_o place_n be_v outward_a idolatry_n some_o it_o be_v more_o in_o other_o it_o be_v less_o notwithstanding_o it_o be_v so_o far_o off_o that_o that_o weakness_n shall_v drive_v we_o from_o the_o holy_a supper_n that_o it_o ought_v rather_o to_o spur_v we_o forward_o to_o come_v unto_o it_o that_o by_o it_o we_o may_v be_v strengthen_v in_o faith_n and_o repentance_n even_o as_o the_o sick_a man_n the_o weak_a he_o know_v himself_o to_o be_v shall_v so_o much_o the_o more_o earnest_o desire_v meat_n both_o to_o receive_v nourishment_n and_o to_o refresh_v his_o strength_n therefore_o they_o only_o be_v unworthy_a to_o come_v to_o the_o lord_n supper_n that_o be_v ignorant_a and_o delight_n in_o their_o sin_n and_o continue_v in_o they_o for_o that_o spiritual_a food_n do_v not_o as_o yet_o belong_v to_o they_o theoph._n but_o if_o such_o man_n come_v to_o the_o supper_n what_o think_v thou_o be_v to_o be_v do_v matth._n discipline_n ecclesiastical_a discipline_n if_o their_o unworthiness_n be_v secret_a and_o hide_a they_o ought_v to_o be_v leave_v to_o the_o judgement_n of_o god_n which_o will_v one_o day_n take_v vengeance_n upon_o they_o but_o if_o it_o be_v know_v by_o the_o order_n of_o ecclesiastical_a or_o church_n discipline_n they_o ought_v to_o be_v
the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o this_o also_o shall_v be_v do_v most_o easy_o for_o they_o overthrow_v the_o glory_n of_o god_n &_o set_v up_o the_o glory_n of_o man_n in_o that_o they_o give_v unto_o
