and_o pray_v and_o humble_v our_o soul_n for_o our_o further_a encouragement_n to_o the_o performance_n of_o this_o duty_n and_o part_n of_o god_n worship_n we_o shall_v there_o read_v that_o not_o only_o the_o people_n of_o god_n from_o time_n to_o time_n have_v in_o all_o their_o affliction_n take_v this_o course_n and_o use_v this_o as_o a_o mean_n for_o their_o good_a and_o deliverance_n also_o from_o they_o affliction_n if_o so_o it_o shall_v seem_v good_a in_o the_o eye_n of_o the_o lord_n but_o also_o that_o the_o same_o have_v usua_o prevail_v so_o fair_a with_o god_n as_o that_o thereby_o they_o have_v obtain_v deliverance_n from_o their_o present_a affliction_n the_o philistines_n have_v enter_v the_o israelyte_n coast_n and_o inhabitinge_v the_o same_o 14._o the_o child_n of_o israel_n for_o remooval_a of_o that_o judgement_n and_o recovery_n of_o their_o city_n through_o the_o counsel_n of_o samuel_n gather_v themselves_o to_o mizpeh_n and_o then_o fast_v and_o pray_v
