depth_n thereof_o the_o breadth_n of_o god_n mercy_n be_v see_v in_o that_o he_o only_o can_v take_v away_o all_o misery_n and_o from_o all_o creature_n he_o take_v away_o some_o for_o the_o love_n he_o bear_v they_o and_o not_o for_o any_o profit_n to_o himself_o creature_n indeed_o can_v take_v away_o some_o misery_n as_o bread_n hunger_n drink_v thirst_n clothes_n nakedness_n knowledge_n ignorance_n and_o so_o of_o the_o rest_n but_o no_o creature_n can_v take_v away_o all_o misery_n moreover_o there_o be_v some_o misery_n the_o great_a the_o more_o secret_a and_o inward_a they_o be_v which_o god_n only_o can_v remedy_v such_o be_v the_o subtle_a decreate_v of_o the_o devil_n who_o be_v many_o mighty_a and_o much_o incense_v against_o us._n such_o also_o be_v the_o error_n of_o our_o mind_n and_o conscience_n which_o we_o in_o ourselves_o see_v not_o but_o oftentimes_o be_v deceive_v think_v ourselves_o very_o sound_a when_o as_o indeed_o when_o we_o be_v very_o sick_a who_o can_v deliver_v we_o from_o these_o misery_n but_o only_o our_o almighty_a physician_n and_o he_o also_o do_v often_o merciful_o deliver_v we_o from_o they_o without_o our_o knowledge_n for_o which_o cause_n we_o all_o may_v just_o be_v say_v unkind_a to_o god_n as_o our_o lord_n himself_o do_v witness_v when_o he_o say_v 6_o luk._n 6_o that_o his_o heavenly_a father_n be_v beneficial_a upon_o the_o unkind_a and_o the_o evil_a for_o we_o scarce_o know_v the_o least_o part_n of_o god_n benefit_n and_o therefore_o we_o thank_v he_o not_o for_o they_o with_o such_o devotion_n and_o humility_n as_o we_o ought_v creature_n moreover_o can_v take_v away_o all_o misery_n but_o only_o a_o few_o nor_o from_o all_o but_o from_o a_o few_o but_o god_n can_v take_v away_o all_o misery_n from_o all_o and_o albeit_o he_o do_v not_o so_o yet_o there_o be_v none_o but_o be_v in_o some_o sort_n partaker_n of_o his_o mercy_n true_o therefore_o say_v the_o prophet_n 32_o phil._n 32_o the_o earth_n be_v full_a of_o the_o mercy_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o church_n also_o in_o her_o prayer_n say_v o_o god_n to_o who_o it_o be_v proper_a to_o have_v mercy_n etc._n etc._n for_o he_o can_v take_v away_o misery_n proper_o who_o want_v misery_n and_o he_o can_v take_v away_o all_o unsery_n from_o all_o who_o want_v all_o misery_n and_o that_o be_v god_n only_o who_o be_v a_o pure_a act_n who_o effence_n be_v happiness_n o_o my_o soul_n if_o thou_o can_v conceive_v what_o the_o life_n of_o thy_o god_n be_v which_o be_v exalt_v above_o a_o i_o misery_n and_o be_v happiness_n itself_o how_o ●●weuldest_v thou_o sigh_v from_o thy_o hart_n to_o be_v in_o the_o b●some_a thereof_o that_o of_o thou_o it_o may_v also_o be_v say_v 90_o psal_n 90_o there_o shall_v no_o evil_n come_v to_o thou_o away_o all_o misery_n yet_o he_o only_o take_v away_o those_o which_o his_o wisdom_n judge_v fit_a to_o be_v take_v away_o but_o his_o wisdom_n judge_v it_o not_o expedient_a for_o man_n that_o all_o shall_v be_v take_v away_o for_o it_o be_v mercy_n sometime_o not_o to_o take_v away_o some_o misery_n that_o great_a mercy_n may_v afterward_o be_v show_v the_o apostle_n pray_v thrice_o to_o our_o lord_n that_o the_o prick_n of_o the_o flesh_n may_v be_v take_v from_o he_o 12_o 2_o cor_n 12_o and_o he_o be_v not_o hear_v because_o power_n be_v persit_v in_o infirmity_n god_n take_v not_o from_o lazarus_n
