they_o be_v not_o peace_n there_o be_v no_o peace_n to_o the_o wicked_a it_o be_v a_o truce_n only_o and_o we_o must_v make_v a_o great_a difference_n between_o a_o truce_n and_o a_o peace_n a_o truce_n when_o it_o be_v expire_v common_o end_v in_o more_o bitter_a war_n with_o they_o there_o be_v a_o cessation_n of_o trouble_n their_o conscience_n do_v not_o accuse_v they_o but_o when_o the_o which_o our_o shallow_a understanding_n can_v reach_v unto_o we_o can_v apprehend_v the_o excellency_n of_o this_o grace_n consider_v its_o excellency_n by_o the_o contrary_a there_o be_v no_o long_o as_o thou_o continue_v in_o a_o course_n of_o rebellion_n what_o have_v thou_o to_o do_v to_o talk_v of_o peace_n why_o think_v thou_o on_o peace_n when_o thou_o be_v the_o chief_a rebel_n as_o long_o as_o wickedness_n continue_v in_o thy_o heart_n thou_o have_v no_o peace_n of_o god_n by_o jesus_n christ._n now_o it_o may_v fall_v out_o that_o there_o may_v be_v a_o kind_n of_o quietness_n in_o the_o conscience_n of_o a_o wicked_a man_n but_o we_o must_v make_v a_o great_a difference_n between_o a_o peace_n and_o a_o truce_n a_o truce_n be_v but_o a_o cessation_n of_o war_n for_o such_o a_o time_n and_o many_o time_n when_o the_o truce_n be_v over_o it_o end_v in_o great_a war_n because_o they_o have_v the_o more_o time_n to_o gather_v strength_n and_o increase_v their_o force_n so_o there_o may_v be_v a_o peace_n or_o a_o truce_n between_o god_n and_o wicked_a man_n but_o it_o be_v the_o high_a judgement_n that_o can_v be_v upon_o a_o wicked_a man_n to_o be_v thus_o let_v alone_o but_o it_o be_v not_o so_o with_o a_o godly_a man_n god_n break_v their_o peace_n and_o hedge_n up_o their_o way_n with_o thorn_n and_o many_o time_n torment_v their_o conscience_n and_o break_v their_o peace_n but_o when_o god_n suffer_v a_o sinner_n to_o thrive_v in_o sin_n when_o he_o suffer_v he_o to_o on_o so_o long_o that_o his_o own_o honour_n be_v almost_o touch_v i_o hold_v my_o peace_n say_v god_n than_o thou_o think_v i_o to_o be_v such_o a_o one_o as_o thyself_o god_n hold_v his_o peace_n than_o the_o sinner_n say_v god_n do_v not_o heed_n however_o the_o preacher_n of_o such_o a_o one_o who_o be_v hold_v by_o the_o prince_n of_o darkness_n 2._o again_o how_o come_v this_o peace_n to_o wicked_a man_n they_o consider_v not_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n nor_o the_o discern_v it_o not_o therefore_o they_o be_v at_o peace_n a_o man_n in_o a_o dark_a night_n go_v over_o a_o dangerous_a bridge_n that_o if_o he_o miss_v but_o a_o step_n he_o be_v drown_v yet_o he_o pass_v over_o secure_o and_o be_v not_o afraid_a because_o he_o want_v light_a to_o discover_v the_o danger_n but_o bring_v he_o the_o next_o day_n and_o show_v he_o what_o a_o danger_n he_o escape_v and_o the_o thought_n of_o it_o will_v make_v he_o quake_v and_o tremble_v though_o the_o danger_n be_v past_a so_o these_o man_n be_v in_o darkness_n see_v not_o their_o danger_n and_o therefore_o do_v not_o fear_v but_o god_n child_n have_v his_o eye_n in_o his_o head_n discern_v the_o danger_n and_o see_v also_o how_o he_o be_v deliver_v by_o jesus_n christ_n he_o be_v at_o peace_n not_o because_o he_o see_v not_o the_o danger_n of_o the_o way_n but_o because_o he_o know_v that_o god_n have_v make_v the_o way_n broad_a by_o jesus_n christ_n and_o so_o he_o be_v free_v from_o sin_n and_o death_n now_o to_o speak_v something_o to_o they_o that_o have_v this_o true_a and_o sound_a peace_n this_o peace_n be_v with_o god_n i_o show_v you_o the_o last_o time_n that_o this_o peace_n be_v not_o always_o in_o their_o own_o conscience_n but_o it_o be_v such_o on_o god_n part_n which_o be_v the_o safe_a part_n many_o reason_n there_o be_v why_o god_n do_v not_o show_v it_o unto_o they_o though_o all_o be_v quiet_a betwixt_o god_n and_o they_o yet_o they_o have_v not_o a_o apprehension_n of_o it_o in_o their_o conscience_n i_o show_v that_o this_o be_v many_o time_n their_o peace_n in_o their_o conscience_n this_o may_v come_v by_o reason_n of_o the_o great_a conflict_n before_o in_o the_o conscience_n god_n raise_v a_o great_a storm_n and_o when_o he_o intend_v to_o
