satisfy_n of_o your_o vain_a mind_n which_o god_n will_v judge_v and_o that_o be_v a_o sad_a state_n and_o now_o your_o full_a strength_n be_v natural_o upon_o you_o and_o the_o bad_a nature_n be_v at_o liberty_n in_o you_o you_o must_v needs_o run_v in_o the_o swift_a stream_n of_o vanity_n and_o that_o mind_n seek_v to_o please_v itself_o and_o to_o behold_v itself_o in_o the_o excellency_n of_o its_o own_o form_n and_o so_o you_o adorn_v your_o body_n with_o costly_a apparel_n and_o broider_a hair_n and_o many_o foolish_a needless_a thing_n which_o be_v of_o no_o use_n nor_o service_n but_o to_o please_v your_o haughty_a mind_n therefore_o young_a people_n remember_v your_o creator_n in_o the_o day_n of_o your_o youth_n and_o whilst_o you_o be_v in_o your_o full_a strength_n give_v up_o yourselves_o to_o serve_v the_o lord_n and_o turn_v to_o the_o light_n with_o which_o you_o be_v enlighten_v and_o be_v obedient_a unto_o the_o light_n in_o all_o thing_n and_o when_o it_o reprove_v your_o vanity_n in_o any_o place_n then_o love_v it_o and_o part_n with_o your_o vanity_n for_o it_o that_o you_o may_v walk_v in_o it_o and_o that_o will_v reform_v your_o way_n and_o do_n wherever_o they_o be_v amiss_o and_o will_v do_v you_o good_a in_o your_o latter_a end_n and_o by_o love_v the_o light_n and_o deny_v yourselves_o to_o your_o vanity_n &_o pleasure_n the_o light_n will_v lead_v you_o and_o guide_v you_o in_o a_o way_n that_o you_o do_v not_o know_v a_o way_n of_o true_a joy_n and_o peace_n where_o no_o unclean_a thing_n can_v walk_v and_o this_o will_v do_v you_o good_a and_o in_o the_o light_n you_o will_v have_v a_o understanding_n give_v to_o discern_v thing_n that_o be_v amiss_o in_o every_o place_n and_o you_o will_v come_v to_o see_v that_o those_o custom_n your_o parent_n train_v you_o up_o in_o and_o teach_v you_o to_o observe_v that_o they_o be_v all_o vain_a and_o not_o worthy_a to_o be_v observe_v and_o so_o wherein_o you_o have_v be_v amiss_o in_o the_o vain_a custom_n and_o tradition_n if_o you_o love_v the_o light_n it_o will_v reform_v your_o way_n and_o your_o do_n where_o they_o be_v amiss_o and_o that_o will_v die_v which_o you_o have_v observe_v out_o of_o the_o truth_n in_o any_o custom_n or_o tradition_n which_o you_o have_v be_v accustom_v to_o and_o have_v be_v teach_v by_o your_o parent_n to_o observe_v for_o many_o young_a people_n that_o come_v into_o such_o a_o custom_n of_o thing_n in_o their_o infancy_n be_v teach_v to_o observe_v they_o by_o their_o parent_n that_o in_o their_o youthful_a day_n they_o be_v natural_a to_o they_o in_o practice_n and_o so_o young_a people_n be_v much_o wrong_v in_o their_o infancy_n whilst_o they_o be_v not_o capable_a of_o any_o more_o than_o what_o they_o receive_v from_o other_o and_o follow_v that_o in_o the_o custom_n and_o practice_n as_o a_o right_a thing_n and_o so_o walk_v by_o the_o tradition_n receive_v from_o their_o father_n and_o not_o after_o christ_n the_o light_n the_o truth_n the_o power_n and_o wisdom_n of_o god_n and_o therefore_o young_a people_n take_v heed_n to_o the_o light_n for_o that_o be_v the_o thing_n you_o must_v all_o come_v unto_o if_o you_o come_v unto_o god_n and_o depart_v out_o of_o all_o your_o vain_a custom_n and_o fashion_n and_o tradition_n your_o pride_n and_o vanity_n and_o false_a worship_n and_o learn_v of_o christ_n who_o be_v meek_a and_o lowly_a that_o he_o may_v baptise_v you_o into_o his_o death_n while_o you_o be_v young_a and_o that_o he_o may_v raise_v you_o up_o in_o his_o life_n to_o bear_v witness_n to_o his_o name_n in_o your_o generation_n so_o you_o will_v be_v a_o generation_n in_o time_n to_o come_v and_o will_v be_v good_a pattern_n in_o your_o place_n to_o the_o young_a generation_n that_o be_v to_o succeed_v you_o and_o as_o evil_a have_v enter_v by_o disobedience_n and_o flow_v into_o generation_n as_o a_o natural_a stream_n in_o vanity_n in_o custom_n and_o tradition_n so_o by_o christ_n jesus_n righteousness_n may_v spring_v and_o flourish_v and_o flow_v in_o from_o generation_n to_o generation_n and_o then_o will_v all_o generation_n be_v bless_v in_o their_o generation_n and_o have_v the_o power_n and_o presence_n of_o god_n among_o they_o so_o you_o come_v to_o be_v order_v in_o god_n wisdom_n in_o your_o generation_n and_o walk_v in_o meekness_n and_o humbleness_n of_o mind_n in_o your_o generation_n and_o in_o love_n and_o peace_n unto_o all_o people_n you_o will_v then_o be_v a_o sweet_a savour_n in_o your_o generation_n and_o your_o savour_n will_v descend_v to_o generation_n to_o come_v and_o then_o will_v the_o lord_n delight_n in_o you_o and_o multiply_v your_o peace_n and_o joy_n and_o fill_v you_o with_o his_o blessing_n so_o young_a people_n fear_v the_o lord_n god_n in_o your_o day_n and_o time_n that_o it_o may_v be_v well_o with_o you_o in_o your_o latter_a end_n to_o child_n little_a child_n there_o may_v be_v many_o of_o you_o at_o present_a who_o be_v not_o capable_a to_o receive_v information_n which_o in_o time_n may_v grow_v into_o that_o state_n as_o to_o be_v sensible_a of_o your_o condition_n and_o as_o you_o that_o be_v not_o now_o capable_a do_v come_v into_o a_o capacity_n let_v your_o mind_n be_v keep_v to_o that_o of_o god_n in_o you_o so_o will_v you_o in_o your_o day_n come_v to_o the_o truth_n and_o walk_v in_o the_o truth_n with_o those_o which_o in_o this_o present_a time_n be_v in_o a_o capacity_n to_o be_v inform_v into_o it_o and_o be_v make_v willing_a to_o receive_v it_o for_o child_n there_o be_v but_o one_o truth_n and_o that_o truth_n be_v christ_n jesus_n who_o through_o all_o generation_n be_v the_o same_o and_o the_o truth_n be_v the_o way_n to_o god_n and_o lead_v to_o god_n and_o so_o christ_n jesus_n be_v the_o light_n the_o way_n the_o truth_n and_o the_o life_n and_o there_o be_v none_o come_v to_o the_o father_n but_o by_o he_o and_o angry_a or_o froward_a or_o perverse_a or_o hasty_a the_o light_n will_v let_v you_o see_v that_o you_o shall_v not_o do_v such_o thing_n and_o will_v make_v they_o manifest_v unto_o you_o to_o be_v evil_a then_o when_o you_o see_v the_o evil_a with_o the_o light_n love_v the_o light_n that_o show_v it_o and_o if_o you_o love_v the_o light_n the_o light_n will_v guide_v you_o and_o lead_v you_o in_o the_o way_n of_o peace_n and_o if_o you_o keep_v your_o mind_n unto_o it_o and_o love_v it_o than_o you_o will_v not_o walk_v in_o darkness_n nor_o run_v into_o the_o evil_a deed_n of_o darkness_n and_o this_o will_v be_v your_o peace_n and_o upon_o the_o first_o day_n which_o the_o heathen_a call_v sunday_n do_v not_o run_v into_o wicked_a practice_n but_o see_v it_o be_v a_o day_n and_o that_o part_n which_o be_v alive_a to_o the_o world_n that_o part_n will_v heap_v up_o the_o world_n riches_n though_o such_o a_o one_o do_v not_o know_v who_o shall_v possess_v they_o and_o in_o this_o place_n a_o single_a life_n may_v be_v deep_o entangle_v in_o the_o world_n with_o the_o care_n and_o deceitfulness_n of_o riches_n and_o then_o by_o riches_n and_o wealth_n there_o be_v a_o seek_v after_o honour_n and_o esteem_v among_o man_n and_o to_o be_v honour_v because_o there_o be_v fullness_n of_o riches_n and_o that_o exalt_v into_o pride_n and_o haughtiness_n and_o there_o may_v be_v also_o in_o such_o a_o one_o a_o eye_n open_a towards_o a_o join_a state_n and_o by_o his_o wealth_n and_o riches_n so_o gather_v he_o will_v be_v accept_v into_o a_o answerable_a condition_n of_o the_o same_o and_o so_o through_o his_o single_a life_n be_v seek_v advancement_n into_o a_o join_v state_n and_o this_o be_v a_o great_a evil_a and_o bondage_n so_o a_o single_a life_n may_v run_v as_o far_o from_o the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n as_o those_o that_o be_v join_v together_o and_o have_v child_n and_o family_n to_o provide_v for_o and_o it_o be_v not_o how_o any_o man_n or_o woman_n stand_v relate_v to_o a_o condition_n outward_o that_o make_v they_o accept_v of_o god_n but_o how_o they_o stand_v to_o god_n with_o their_o heart_n and_o mind_n in_o every_o condition_n so_o all_o that_o be_v in_o a_o single_a life_n outward_o be_v to_o be_v careful_a how_o they_o stand_v in_o relation_n to_o god_n and_o how_o their_o mind_n be_v exercise_v and_o in_o what_o that_o while_o they_o be_v single_a in_o relation_n to_o the_o outward_a they_o do_v not_o fall_v under_o the_o power_n of_o darkness_n within_o and_o so_o be_v take_v and_o snare_v with_o their_o mind_n among_o many_o entanglement_n and_o yet_o look_v at_o themselves_o to_o be_v free_a in_o their_o single_a life_n for_o that_o which_o make_v all_o people_n happy_a and_o every_o condition_n sweet_a be_v to_o answer_v the_o light_n of_o christ_n jesus_n manifest_a in_o their_o conscience_n and_o then_o however_o they_o stand_v in_o relation_n to_o a_o outward_a state_n they_o will_v have_v peace_n with_o god_n and_o comfort_n in_o their_o place_n and_o whether_o join_v or_o single_a the_o fullness_n of_o the_o lord_n god_n will_v measure_v forth_o a_o portion_n unto_o such_o and_o they_o will_v possess_v his_o blessing_n both_o inward_o and_o outward_o so_o to_o be_v single_a to_o god_n in_o the_o light_n be_v a_o joyful_a state_n and_o all_o you_o that_o be_v you_o have_v need_n to_o be_v careful_a and_o to_o be_v watchful_a for_o except_o you_o be_v regenerate_v and_o bear_v again_o you_o be_v at_o as_o great_a a_o distance_n from_o the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n as_o those_o that_o be_v join_v but_o if_o you_o come_v to_o the_o light_n and_o power_n of_o god_n with_o the_o power_n to_o be_v bear_v again_o than_o you_o will_v come_v into_o freedom_n by_o his_o power_n and_o life_n and_o wisdom_n will_v clothe_v you_o and_o you_o will_v then_o be_v a_o good_a savour_n in_o your_o place_n and_o will_v be_v ready_a to_o do_v good_a with_o that_o you_o have_v and_o to_o honour_n god_n with_o what_o he_o give_v you_o and_o so_o a_o single_a life_n in_o the_o outward_a and_o a_o single_a mind_n to_o god_n in_o the_o inward_a may_v here_o clap_v hand_n with_o joy_n and_o whether_o single_a or_o join_v or_o how_o people_n may_v stand_v relate_v to_o such_o outward_a state_n that_o do_v not_o put_v a_o difference_n to_o the_o inward_a joy_n and_o peace_n and_o comfort_n of_o the_o lord_n but_o be_v faithful_a to_o the_o light_n and_o walk_v in_o the_o light_n and_o fear_v of_o the_o lord_n and_o so_o to_o be_v bear_v of_o the_o seed_n immortal_a of_o god_n there_o be_v a_o single_a upright_a innocent_a mind_n know_v and_o whether_o outward_o join_v or_o single_a the_o seed_n of_o god_n be_v feel_v in_o which_o be_v the_o blessing_n to_o young_a people_n young_a man_n and_o woman_n the_o prime_a of_o your_o day_n be_v now_o present_a with_o you_o and_o the_o day_n past_o you_o can_v call_v again_o nor_o the_o day_n to_o come_v you_o know_v not_o and_o now_o as_o you_o have_v a_o present_a time_n and_o a_o present_a day_n mind_n the_o lord_n god_n and_o his_o fear_n that_o the_o day_n to_o come_v may_v not_o slip_v away_o forth_o in_o your_o generation_n and_o hitherto_o have_v prolong_v your_o day_n and_o he_o have_v not_o only_o bring_v you_o forth_o in_o a_o natural_a generation_n but_o he_o have_v also_o place_v in_o you_o a_o measure_n of_o light_n that_o be_v pure_a of_o himself_o and_o be_v immortal_a which_o in_o your_o conscience_n do_v manifest_v itself_o in_o brightness_n and_o be_v a_o true_a and_o faithful_a witness_n for_o god_n and_o this_o have_v the_o lord_n god_n do_v for_o you_o and_o therein_o his_o love_n be_v manifest_a unto_o you_o and_o you_o be_v to_o mind_v that_o principle_n of_o god_n which_o be_v pure_a above_o all_o thing_n and_o to_o keep_v your_o mind_n stay_v in_o it_o and_o when_o you_o be_v reprove_v with_o it_o then_o do_v not_o start_v aside_o but_o close_o in_o vanity_n and_o spend_v the_o prime_n of_o your_o day_n in_o folly_n and_o the_o further_a you_o go_v forward_o in_o that_o path_n the_o long_a will_v be_v your_o return_n and_o the_o sharp_a will_v be_v your_o judgement_n and_o what_o profit_n do_v vanity_n bring_v you_o when_o you_o have_v be_v in_o the_o mirth_n of_o it_o one_o day_n do_v it_o not_o pass_v away_o from_o you_o the_o next_o day_n and_o do_v you_o not_o feel_v that_o reproof_n overtake_v you_o and_o that_o the_o witness_n of_o god_n in_o your_o conscience_n smite_v you_o and_o you_o many_o time_n be_v bring_v to_o mourn_v in_o secret_a and_o do_v not_o your_o joy_n and_o mirth_n in_o vanity_n here_o end_n in_o sorrow_n for_o be_v in_o your_o full_a strength_n you_o pursue_v vanity_n with_o eagerness_n and_o you_o sport_v yourselves_o as_o if_o you_o can_v never_o sport_n enough_o and_o the_o diversity_n of_o vanity_n your_o mind_n run_v into_o and_o with_o such_o thing_n you_o grieve_v the_o lord_n therefore_o consider_v your_o day_n and_o your_o present_a time_n and_o spend_v not_o your_o full_a strength_n in_o vanity_n and_o say_v in_o your_o heart_n god_n shall_v have_v our_o latter_a age_n but_o this_o be_v our_o prime_a time_n and_o if_o we_o do_v not_o now_o rejoice_v and_o be_v merry_a we_o shall_v never_o have_v such_o a_o time_n again_o this_o be_v your_o own_o way_n and_o you_o please_v yourselves_o in_o it_o but_o know_v that_o for_o all_o these_o thing_n god_n will_v bring_v you_o to_o judgement_n and_o what_o if_o he_o cut_v you_o down_o in_o your_o full_a strength_n and_o in_o whether_o thou_o will_v hear_v and_o obey_v or_o neglect_n and_o contemn_v yet_o the_o truth_n will_v find_v a_o witness_n in_o thy_o conscience_n unto_o which_o this_o book_n be_v commend_v and_o if_o thou_o be_v careful_a and_o keep_v in_o god_n fear_n and_o choose_v the_o good_a then_o may_v thou_o find_v profit_n and_o peace_n and_o comfort_n to_o thy_o soul_n and_o if_o it_o so_o come_v fit_o dispose_v to_o order_v those_o thing_n which_o be_v commit_v to_o trust_v and_o charge_n and_o every_o one_o in_o their_o place_n come_v to_o see_v their_o duty_n in_o their_o place_n and_o how_o they_o be_v to_o answer_v god_n through_o those_o thing_n which_o he_o commit_v unto_o they_o and_o in_o their_o several_a place_n where_o he_o set_v they_o and_o come_v to_o see_v the_o great_a weight_n that_o lie_v upon_o they_o to_o perform_v with_o care_n and_o diligence_n such_o service_n as_o in_o their_o place_n god_n require_v and_o so_o the_o wisdom_n from_o above_o do_v order_v every_o man_n in_o his_o place_n and_o he_o become_v a_o good_a favour_n in_o his_o place_n both_o to_o god_n and_o man_n and_o through_o the_o righteousness_n that_o proceed_v from_o such_o a_o man_n the_o lord_n god_n be_v glorify_v and_o this_o be_v that_o which_o all_o people_n in_o their_o respective_a place_n be_v to_o mind_n and_o in_o what_o thing_n they_o be_v call_v to_o serve_v the_o lord_n in_o that_o thing_n and_o in_o that_o place_n to_o be_v careful_a to_o answer_v god_n and_o to_o honour_n god_n and_o such_o who_o have_v child_n be_v in_o this_o thing_n very_o deep_o concern_v for_o the_o charge_n upon_o they_o be_v exceed_o great_a and_o therefore_o they_o be_v to_o mind_v the_o just_a and_o holy_a principle_n of_o god_n in_o themselves_o that_o they_o may_v receive_v the_o wisdom_n from_o above_o and_o in_o that_o to_o nurture_n and_o bring_v up_o their_o child_n in_o the_o fear_n of_o the_o lord_n for_o how_o can_v parent_n bring_v up_o their_o child_n in_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n when_o they_o walk_v not_o in_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n themselves_o and_o how_o can_v they_o inform_v their_o child_n into_o that_o which_o be_v good_a when_o they_o themselves_o live_v in_o that_o which_o be_v evil_a and_o such_o parent_n do_v usual_o teach_v their_o child_n to_o be_v vain_a and_o to_o follow_v that_o which_o be_v evil_a and_o so_o covetous_a parent_n teach_v their_o child_n covetousness_n for_o their_o own_o mind_n be_v in_o that_o thing_n they_o press_v their_o child_n to_o the_o practice_n of_o it_o and_o yet_o not_o under_o a_o show_n of_o covetousness_n but_o under_o a_o show_n of_o carefulness_n and_o providence_n at_o which_o door_n the_o mind_n go_v forth_o into_o the_o world_n and_o reach_v itself_o to_o compass_v the_o wealth_n and_o riches_n of_o it_o and_o such_o parent_n give_v encouragement_n to_o their_o child_n in_o this_o place_n and_o smile_v upon_o they_o with_o a_o cheerful_a countenance_n and_o so_o the_o child_n run_v in_o delight_v and_o with_o pleasure_n exercise_v itself_o in_o covetous_a practice_n and_o strive_v after_o the_o earthly_a treasure_n to_o please_v its_o parent_n and_o the_o parent_n
