author_n albeit_o apparent_o a_o piece_n of_o a_o scotch_a aspire_v lawyer_n 1._o i_o will_v be_v content_a to_o know_v if_o so_o be_v our_o author_n think_v every_o private_a misinterpretation_n of_o law_n to_o be_v a_o transgression_n of_o this_o act_n of_o parliament_n what_o shall_v become_v not_o only_o of_o thousand_o of_o the_o king_n be_v best_a subject_n who_o fall_v daily_o in_o such_o mistake_n but_o also_o of_o advocate_n and_o lawyer_n themselves_o who_o be_v continual_o by_o the_o ear_n about_o such_o controversy_n nay_o even_o of_o his_o majesty_n advocate_n who_o in_o his_o prined_a criminal_n as_o you_o may_v see_v above_o in_o the_o first_o postscript_n to_o the_o narrative_a call_v a_o act_n of_o parliament_n a_o unreasonable_a unjust_a murder_a and_o inept_v act_n and_o i_o be_o very_o confident_a whatever_o our_o author_n shall_v think_v fit_a to_o allege_v either_o from_o the_o direction_n of_o the_o intention_n or_o favour_n of_o circumstance_n for_o acquit_v these_o misinterpreter_n it_o shall_v full_o quadrate_n to_o the_o earl_n case_n and_o with_o many_o and_o clear_a advantage_n 2_o when_o our_o author_n jump_v from_o the_o misinterpreting_a no_o sense_n of_o the_o test_n can_v avail_v unless_o accept_v by_o the_o council_n the_o great_a administrator_n so_o that_o for_o all_o his_o flaunt_v the_o government_n
