within_o the_o space_n of_o six_o week_n after_o such_o declaration_n of_o two_o month_n between_o the_o say_a place_n the_o sounding_n and_o the_o city_n of_o tangier_n and_o of_o ten_o week_n in_o the_o mediterranean_a sea_n or_o within_o the_o space_n of_o eight_o month_n in_o any_o other_o country_n or_o place_n of_o the_o world_n so_o that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v lawful_a to_o confiscate_v the_o good_n of_o the_o subject_n of_o his_o majesty_n take_v or_o seize_v in_o any_o ship_n or_o vessel_n whatsoever_o of_o any_o enemy_n of_o the_o lord_n the_o state_n upon_o that_o pretence_n but_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v without_o delay_n restore_v to_o the_o proprietor_n unless_o they_o be_v lade_v after_o the_o expiration_n of_o the_o say_a term_n of_o time_n respective_o but_o so_o war_n of_o either_o side_n all_o the_o captain_n of_o the_o ship_n as_o well_o of_o his_o majesty_n as_o of_o the_o say_a state_n contravention_n privateer_n and_o company_n to_o make_v restitution_n
