the_o proportion_n so_o adjudge_v to_o be_v pay_v by_o the_o landlord_n of_o the_o say_a farmer_n tenant_n or_o occupier_n of_o the_o say_a land_n or_o house_n he_o the_o say_a farmer_n tenant_n or_o occupier_n of_o such_o land_n or_o house_n shall_v pay_v and_o discharge_v and_o for_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v acquit_v and_o discharge_v of_o so_o much_o of_o he_o or_o their_o rent_n as_o the_o say_v tax_v charge_v on_o the_o landlord_n shall_v amount_v unto_o and_o such_o payment_n shall_v be_v as_o effectual_a to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n as_o if_o the_o same_o have_v be_v actual_o pay_v to_o his_o landlord_n or_o to_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n unto_o who_o his_o rent_n shall_v become_v due_a and_o payable_a that_o if_o it_o shall_v happen_v that_o any_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a tax_n be_v lay_v on_o any_o land_n or_o house_n that_o be_v waste_v and_o not_o sufficient_a to_o answer_v the_o same_o or_o that_o any_o sum_n hereby_o assess_v upon_o

which_o the_o money_n raise_v by_o virtue_n of_o the_o say_a year_n value_n shall_v be_v find_v to_o fall_v short_a of_o the_o say_v three_o hundred_o thousand_o pound_n the_o first_o half-year_n payment_n thereof_o to_o be_v make_v on_o or_o before_o the_o twenty_o six_o day_n of_o march_n 1672_o and_o the_o last_o payment_n thereof_o to_o be_v on_o or_o before_o the_o twenty_o nine_o day_n
