relation_n as_o be_v scarce_o to_o be_v find_v or_o name_v among_o sober_a man_n such_o as_o some_o call_v heathen_n that_o have_v but_o natural_a affection_n to_o the_o end_n that_o through_o these_o storm_n they_o may_v find_v out_o a_o easy_a way_n to_o their_o desire_a haven_n wherein_o to_o sport_v themselves_o and_o rant_v it_o over_o other_o person_n soul_n body_n and_o estate_n and_o this_o all_o under_o colour_n and_o vizard_n of_o religion_n duty_n to_o god_n and_o your_o good_a so_o must_v the_o king_n by_o some_o of_o these_o man_n be_v persuade_v to_o take_v oath_n and_o protestation_n and_o set_v forth_o declaration_n that_o all_o he_o do_v be_v for_o the_o protestant_a religion_n and_o your_o liberty_n thereby_o to_o strengthen_v his_o party_n and_o persuade_v you_o to_o believe_v it_o and_o also_o persuade_v he_o to_o seem_v to_o comply_v in_o several_a treaty_n with_o the_o parliament_n even_o to_o the_o very_o last_o at_o the_o isle_n of_o wight_n etc._n etc._n shall_v i_o need_v to_o ask_v or_o remember_v you_o how_o active_a some_o of_o these_o man_n be_v in_o plunder_v on_o each_o side_n and_o encourage_v officer_n and_o soldier_n thereto_o under_o pretence_n of_o weaken_v that_o party_n they_o set_v themselves_o against_o or_o of_o the_o contrivance_n mean_n and_o friend_n many_o of_o they_o make_v use_v of_o to_o get_v into_o each_o other_o living_n or_o benefice_n if_o great_a than_o they_o have_v before_o of_o some_o thereby_o so_o enter_v into_o two_o or_o three_o such_o benefice_n or_o how_o divers_a of_o these_o man_n strive_v to_o give_v content_a to_o both_o army_n to_o pray_v for_o preach_v for_o and_o sometime_o give_v thanks_o on_o either_o side_n as_o they_o come_v near_o the_o place_n of_o such_o man_n residence_n and_o either_o have_v prevail_v in_o any_o storm_n or_o victory_n or_o do_v but_o say_v so_o be_v not_o some_o then_o so_o forward_o as_o to_o commend_v any_o kill_n of_o english_a man_n on_o the_o one_o side_n or_o other_o for_o exrellent_a service_n and_o thereupon_o rejoice_v and_o give_v thanks_o as_o they_o call_v it_o in_o somuch_o that_o sometime_o there_o have_v be_v such_o thanksgiving_n and_o rejoice_n on_o both_o side_n for_o one_o and_o the_o same_o victory_n or_o shall_v i_o need_v to_o remember_v you_o of_o their_o rail_n revile_n and_o evilâ—_z speak_n against_o those_o they_o call_v antinomian_n anabaptist_n arminian_n sectary_n schismatic_n heretic_n etc._n etc._n or_o some_o of_o these_o man_n petition_v against_o such_o sundry_a time_n blow_v the_o coal_n on_o both_o side_n the_o fire_n as_o they_o get_v room_n and_o still_o add_v fuel_n thereto_o for_o their_o design_n sake_n when_o a_o fit_a opportunity_n may_v serve_v the_o particular_n whereof_o when_o collect_v may_v swell_v to_o a_o very_a great_a volume_n which_o work_n its_o like_o may_v be_v by_o some_o other_o more_o diligent_a observer_n thereof_o their_o way_n and_o deed_n of_o darkness_n be_v not_o easy_o discern_v and_o therefore_o i_o mention_v some_o most_o obvious_a lest_o they_o shall_v think_v they_o altogether_o bury_v in_o oblivion_n and_o continue_v impenitent_a and_o you_o upon_o you_o to_o enlist_v and_o maintain_v each_o other_o in_o a_o defensive_a way_n when_o the_o late_a king_n have_v set_v up_o his_o standard_n and_o proclaim_v a_o war_n in_o his_o own_o land_n among_o and_o against_o his_o own_o subject_n be_v not_o this_o the_o real_a difference_n between_o his_o case_n and_o their_o endeavour_n for_o you_o but_o how_o far_o that_o will_v justify_v any_o the_o aforesaid_a man_n design_n i_o leave_v to_o you_o to_o consider_v of_o and_o they_o to_o the_o light_n of_o christ_n in_o the_o conscience_n etc._n etc._n which_o of_o these_o party_n of_o this_o sort_n of_o man_n be_v your_o minister_n of_o christ_n or_o do_v he_o or_o his_o minister_n at_o any_o time_n so_o seek_v to_o destroy_v man_n life_n 9_o when_o many_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a sort_n of_o man_n see_v they_o be_v not_o like_o to_o obtain_v their_o desire_n by_o the_o king_n in_o the_o way_n of_o rome_n what_o be_v industry_n and_o diligence_n do_v they_o use_v in_o their_o next_o design_n to_o have_v the_o help_n of_o their_o say_a brethren_n of_o scotland_n which_o they_o see_v can_v not_o be_v plausible_o carry_v on_o and_o establish_v to_o their_o will_n without_o some_o consultation_n about_o it_o and_o therefore_o will_v needs_o have_v it_o by_o a_o assembly_n of_o themselves_o which_o they_o call_v a_o synod_n or_o assembly_n of_o divine_n scarce_o take_v rest_n until_o they_o be_v so_o own_v though_o call_v together_o upon_o their_o entreaty_n only_o to_o offer_v their_o humble_a advice_n to_o the_o parliament_n
