thereof_o to_o be_v levy_v on_o the_o good_n and_o chattel_n of_o every_o such_o offender_n and_o offender_n the_o one_o half_a thereof_o to_o be_v forfeit_v and_o pay_v unto_o the_o person_n and_o person_n of_o who_o such_o reproachful_a word_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v speak_v or_o utter_v and_o the_o other_o half_o thereof_o to_o the_o lord_n proprietary_n and_o his_o heir_n lord_n and_o proprietary_n of_o this_o province_n but_o if_o such_o person_n or_o person_n who_o shall_v at_o any_o time_n utter_a or_o speak_v any_o such_o reproachful_a word_n or_o language_n shall_v not_o have_v good_n or_o chattel_n sufficient_a and_o overt_a within_o this_o province_n to_o be_v take_v to_o satisfy_v the_o penalty_n aforesaid_a or_o that_o the_o same_o be_v not_o otherwise_o speedy_o
