or_o two_o of_o they_o at_o the_o least_o upon_o probable_a knowledge_n of_o any_o such_o misdemeanour_n have_v by_o information_n or_o examination_n â–ª_o shall_v and_o may_v set_v upon_o every_o such_o offendor_n for_o every_o such_o offence_n in_o name_n of_o a_o fine_a by_o thesame_a offendor_n to_o be_v forfeit_v twenty_o s_n or_o under_o by_o the_o discretion_n of_o thesame_a commissioner_n and_o further_o thesaid_a commissioner_n &_o every_o number_n of_o they_o to_o two_o of_o they_o at_o the_o leâ—â—_n shall_v have_v authority_n by_o this_o present_a parliament_n to_o ponishe_v every_o such_o offendor_n by_o imprisonment_n there_o to_o remaigne_v and_o to_o be_v deliver_v by_o their_o discretion_n as_o shall_v seem_v to_o they_o convenient_a thesay_v fine_n if_o any_o such_o be_v to_o be_v certify_v by_o thesay_v commissioner_n that_o so_o assessed_a thesame_n into_o thesaid_a king_n exchequer_n there_o to_o be_v levy_v &_o pay_v by_o the_o collector_n of_o that_o party_n for_o thesay_v relief_n return_v into_o thesaid_a exchequer_n to_o be_v therewith_o charge_v with_o the_o payment_n of_o thesay_v relieffe_n in_o such_o manner_n as_o if_o thesaid_a fine_n have_v be_v set_v and_o tax_v upon_o thesay_v offender_n for_o thesay_v relief_n it_o be_v also_o enact_v by_o thesaid_a authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o every_o of_o thesay_v high_a collector_n which_o shall_v account_v for_o any_o part_n of_o thesaid_a relief_n in_o the_o king_n exchequier_v upon_o their_o several_a say_v accoumpte_n to_o be_v yield_v shall_v be_v allow_v yearly_o during_o thesay_v three_o year_n for_o every_o pound_n limit_v to_o his_o collection_n whereof_o any_o such_o collectour_n shall_v be_v charge_v and_o yield_v account_n six_o penny_n as_o parcel_n of_o their_o say_v charge_n that_o be_v to_o say_v two_o penny_n of_o every_o pound_n thereof_o â–ª_o for_o such_o person_n as_o then_o have_v have_v the_o particular_a collection_n in_o the_o town_n and_o other_o place_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a specify_v in_o his_o collection_n and_o other_o two_o penny_n of_o every_o pound_n thereof_o every_o of_o thesay_v chief_a collector_n there_o accountant_a to_o receive_v to_o their_o own_fw-mi use_n for_o their_o labour_n and_o charge_n in_o and_o about_o the_o premise_n and_o ii_o d._n of_o every_o pound_n residue_n to_o be_v deliver_v â–ª_o allow_a and_o pay_v by_o thesay_v collector_n so_o be_v thereof_o allow_v to_o such_o of_o the_o commissioner_n as_o shall_v take_v upon_o they_o the_o business_n and_o labour_n for_o and_o about_o the_o premise_n that_o be_v to_o say_v every_o collectour_n to_o pay_v that_o commissioner_n or_o commissioner_n which_o have_v the_o order_v and_o the_o writynge_n of_o and_o for_o thesay_v relief_n where_o thesaid_a collectour_n or_o collector_n have_v their_o collection_n for_o expense_n of_o thesay_v commissioner_n â–ª_o so_o take_v upon_o they_o thesay_v business_n and_o labour_n of_o their_o clerk_n write_v thesay_v precept_n and_o estreate_n for_o thesay_v collection_n thesame_a last_n two_o penny_n of_o every_o pound_n to_o be_v divide_v amongst_o thesay_v commissioner_n have_v regard_n to_o the_o labour_n and_o business_n take_v by_o they_o and_o their_o say_v clerk_n in_o and_o about_o the_o premise_n for_o which_o part_n so_o to_o thesay_v commissioner_n atteign_v thesay_v commissioner_n and_o every_o of_o they_o joint_o and_o several_o for_o his_o or_o their_o say_v part_n â–ª_o may_v have_v his_o remedy_n against_o thesay_v collectour_n or_o collector_n which_o thereof_o be_v and_o may_v have_v be_v allow_v by_o action_n of_o debt_n in_o which_o the_o defendant_n shall_v not_o wage_v his_o law_n neither_o protection_n
