act_n to_o the_o intent_n to_o compel_v the_o defendant_n or_o defendant_n to_o make_v answer_n to_o the_o plaintiff_n or_o plaintiff_n at_o who_o suit_n he_o or_o they_o be_v outlawed_n and_o that_o upon_o the_o law_n and_o liberty_n of_o this_o nation_n or_o upon_o the_o honour_n of_o his_o majesty_n or_o upon_o the_o honour_n of_o authority_n of_o parliament_n or_o to_o the_o prejudice_n of_o any_o particular_a or_o private_a person_n shall_v in_o no_o time_n from_o and_o after_o the_o 24._o of_o june_n in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n 1660_o be_v call_v in_o question_n whatsoever_o be_v the_o quality_n of_o the_o person_n or_o of_o whatsoever_o kind_n or_o degree_n civil_a or_o criminal_a the_o injury_n be_v suppose_v to_o be_v and_o that_o no_o mention_n be_v make_v thereof_o in_o time_n to_o come_v in_o judgement_n or_o judicial_a proceed_n and_o to_o the_o intent_n and_o purpose_n that_o all_o name_n and_o term_n of_o distinction_n may_v be_v likewise_o put_v into_o utter_a oblivion_n be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n within_o the_o space_n of_o three_o year_n next_o ensue_v shall_v presume_v malicious_o to_o call_v or_o allege_v of_o or_o object_n against_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n any_o name_n or_o name_n or_o other_o word_n of_o reproach_n any_o way_n tend_v to_o revive_v
