england_n be_v not_o unknown_a to_o the_o world_n for_o first_o notwithstanding_o their_o specious_a pretence_n for_o religion_n and_o liberty_n yet_o their_o late_a and_o present_a act_n be_v therewith_o compare_v do_v clear_o evidence_n that_o they_o love_v a_o rough_a garment_n to_o deceive_v since_o they_o have_v with_o a_o high_a hand_n despise_v the_o oath_n in_o break_v the_o covenant_n which_o be_v so_o strong_a a_o foundation_n to_o both_o while_o they_o load_v it_o with_o slight_v reproach_n call_v it_o a_o bundle_n of_o particular_a and_o contrary_a interest_n and_o a_o snare_n to_o the_o people_n and_o likewise_o labour_v to_o establish_v by_o law_n a_o universal_a toleration_n of_o all_o religion_n which_o be_v a_o innovation_n overturn_v of_o unity_n in_o religion_n and_o so_o direct_o repugnant_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n the_o two_o first_o article_n of_o our_o solemn_a covenant_n which_o be_v the_o great_a wickedness_n in_o they_o to_o violate_v since_o many_o of_o the_o chief_a of_o themselves_o have_v with_o their_o hand_n testify_v to_o the_o most_o high_a god_n swear_v and_o seal_v it_o moreover_o their_o great_a disaffection_n to_o the_o settlement_n of_o religion_n and_o so_o their_o future_a breach_n of_o covenant_n do_v more_o full_o appear_v by_o their_o strong_a opposition_n to_o presbyterial_a government_n the_o hedge_n and_o bulwark_n of_o religion_n while_o they_o express_v their_o hatred_n
