will_v address_v ourselves_o to_o your_o majesty_n in_o their_o behalf_n that_o by_o our_o mean_n their_o desire_n may_v find_v better_a acceptation_n with_o your_o majesty_n whereupon_o have_v serious_o weigh_v and_o consider_v the_o particular_n of_o those_o their_o complaint_n and_o desire_n as_o they_o be_v lay_v down_o in_o their_o petition_n and_o find_v that_o the_o grievance_n they_o complain_v of_o be_v the_o increase_n of_o the_o misery_n former_o sustain_v by_o that_o county_n which_o have_v well-nigh_o for_o three_o year_n last_o pass_v be_v the_o tragical_a stage_n of_o army_n and_o war_n by_o reason_n of_o your_o majesty_n distance_n in_o residence_n and_o difference_n in_o counsel_n from_o your_o great_a council_n the_o parliament_n beget_v great_a distemper_n petition_n present_v to_o he_o at_o york_n on_o friday_n the_o seventeen_o of_o june_n by_o the_o lord_n howard_n sir_n hugh_n cholmcley_n and_o sir_n philip_n stapleton_n though_o he_o may_v refer_v the_o petitioner_n to_o his_o two_o last_o declaration_n wherein_o most_o of_o the_o particular_n of_o this_o petition_n be_v full_o answer_v or_o may_v refuse_v to_o give_v any_o answer_n at_o all_o till_o he_o have_v receive_v satisfaction_n in_o those_o high_a indignity_n he_o have_v so_o often_o complain_v of_o and_o demand_v justice_n for_o yet_o that_o all_o the_o world_n may_v see_v how_o desirous_a his_o majesty_n be_v to_o leave_v no_o act_n which_o seem_v to_o carry_v the_o reputation_n of_o both_o his_o house_n of_o parliament_n and_o in_o the_o least_o degree_n to_o reflect_v
