church_n tanquam_fw-la jure_fw-la devoluto_fw-la it_o be_v always_o hereby_o declare_v that_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v but_o prejudice_n of_o the_o call_n of_o minister_n to_o royal_a burgh_n by_o the_o magistrate_n town-council_n and_o kirk-session_n of_o the_o burgh_n where_o there_o be_v no_o landward_o paroch_n as_o they_o have_v be_v in_o use_n before_o the_o year_n 1660._o and_o where_o there_o be_v a_o considerable_a part_n of_o the_o paroch_n in_o landward_o that_o the_o call_v shall_v be_v by_o the_o magistrate_n town-council_n kirk-session_n and_o the_o heretor_n of_o the_o
