clause_n aforesaid_a all_o and_o every_o the_o say_a person_n and_o person_n be_v the_o now_o wife_n child_n or_o child_n of_o any_o the_o person_n except_v and_o exclude_v from_o the_o benefit_n of_o this_o ordinance_n shall_v before_o the_o five_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o december_n which_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o fifty_o four_o by_o deed_n under_o she_o or_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n respective_o release_v all_o she_o and_o their_o claim_n title_n and_o demand_v of_o dower_n jointure_n and_o other_o interest_n in_o possession_n reversion_n or_o remainder_n of_o in_o or_o to_o all_o and_o every_o the_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n of_o the_o husband_n or_o father_n of_o such_o person_n release_n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o such_o release_n be_v attest_v under_o the_o hand_n of_o two_o credible_a witness_n and_o deliver_v unto_o the_o person_n before_o in_o this_o ordinance_n appoint_v to_o receive_v and_o determine_v claim_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v and_o be_v and_o be_v hereby_o declare_v to_o be_v valid_a and_o effectual_a in_o law_n to_o bar_v such_o person_n and_o person_n so_o release_n from_o claim_v any_o right_n title_n interest_n or_o demand_n of_o in_o or_o to_o all_o and_o every_o the_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n of_o the_o husband_n or_o father_n of_o such_o person_n or_o person_n release_n notwithstanding_o the_o coverture_n minority_n infancy_n or_o other_o disability_n of_o the_o person_n or_o person_n so_o release_n other_o than_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v settle_v upon_o she_o or_o they_o in_o pursuance_n of_o the_o provision_n aforesaid_a and_o in_o default_n of_o such_o release_n to_o be_v make_v as_o aforesaid_a all_o and_o every_o the_o person_n and_o person_n aforesaid_a so_o make_v default_n shall_v be_v from_o thenceforth_o for_o ever_o debar_v and_o exclude_v from_o any_o benefit_n or_o advantage_n by_o this_o ordinance_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v provide_v also_o that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o land_n and_o estate_n which_o shall_v by_o force_n of_o this_o ordinance_n be_v set_v out_o and_o settle_v as_o aforesaid_a for_o the_o provision_n of_o the_o wife_n or_o child_n of_o any_o the_o person_n except_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v nevertheless_o be_v liable_a unto_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o the_o just_a and_o proper_a debt_n of_o the_o respective_a person_n and_o person_n out_o of_o who_o estate_n the_o same_o be_v so_o settle_v in_o case_n all_o the_o rest_n of_o he_o or_o their_o respective_a estate_n and_o estate_n shall_v not_o be_v sufficient_a to_o satisfy_v the_o say_a respective_a debt_n so_o far_o forth_o and_o in_o such_o manner_n as_o shall_v be_v hereafter_o
