Three acts of the Committee of Estates of the Kingdom of Scotland; the first, for providing maintenance for the soldiers to be kept up within that kingdom; and for preventing their taking of free-quarter. The second, for appointing a sub-committee for the managing the affairs of the treasury, comptrolary, collectory and exchequer of that kingdom.
