must_v geve_v knowlegde_v overnight_o or_o else_o early_o in_o the_o morning_n to_o the_o curate_n signify_v also_o how_o many_o be_v appoint_v to_o communicate_v with_o he_o and_o have_v a_o convenient_a place_n in_o the_o sick_a man_n house_n where_o the_o curate_n may_v reverent_o minister_v &_o a_o good_a number_a to_o receyve_v the_o communion_n with_o the_o sick_a person_n with_o all_o thing_n necessary_a for_o the_o same_o he_o shall_v there_o minister_v the_o holy_a communion_n the_o collect._n almighty_a everliving_a god_n maker_n of_o mankind_n which_o do_v correct_v christ_n have_v suffer_v death_n upon_o the_o cross_n for_o he_o and_o shed_v his_o blood_n for_o his_o redemption_n earnest_o remember_v the_o benefyte_n he_o have_v thereby_o and_o geve_v he_o plague_n sweat_v or_o such_o other_o like_o contagyous_a time_n of_o sickness_n or_o disease_n when_o none_o of_o the_o paryshe_v or_o neighbour_n can_v be_v get_v to_o communnicate_v with_o the_o sycke_n in_o their_o house_n for_o fear_n of_o the_o infection_n upon_o specyall_a request_n of_o the_o disease_a the_o minister_n may_v alone_a communicate_v with_o he_o ¶_o the_o order_n for_o the_o burial_n of_o the_o dead_a the_o priest_n meet_v the_o corpse_n at_o the_o church_n stile_n shall_v say_v or_o else_o the_o priest_n and_o clerk_n shall_v sing_v and_o so_o go_v either_o unto_o the_o church_n or_o towards_o the_o grave_n xi_o john_n xi_o i_o be_o the_o resurreccyon_n and_o the_o life_n say_v the_o lord_n he_o the_o beleve_v in_o i_o yea_o though_o he_o be_v dead_a yet_o shall_v and_o never_o continue_v in_o one_o stay_n in_o the_o mid_n of_o life_n we_o be_v in_o death_n of_o who_o may_v we_o seek_v for_o succour_v but_o of_o thou_o o_o lord_n which_o for_o our_o sin_n
