that_o the_o certificate_n here_o be_v false_a it_o be_v of_o a_o act_n of_o parliament_n whenas_o he_o think_v there_o be_v no_o such_o act_n the_o party_n grieve_v by_o such_o false_a certificate_n be_v to_o take_v his_o remedy_n by_o way_n of_o action_n upon_o the_o case_n against_o the_o person_n that_o make_v such_o false_a certificate_n as_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o parliament_n or_o the_o execution_n may_v be_v viz._n one_o upon_o the_o tenor_n in_o one_o court_n the_o other_o upon_o the_o record_n itself_o in_o the_o other_o court_n and_o it_o will_v be_v against_o reason_n that_o two_o execution_n shall_v be_v for_o the_o same_o thing_n but_o where_o the_o writ_n which_o command_v the_o court_n below_o to_o certify_v a_o record_n do_v also_o tie_v up_o the_o hand_n of_o that_o
