to_o pass_v by_o some_o objection_n of_o the_o author_n of_o elementa_fw-la politica_fw-la in_o relation_n to_o the_o suppose_a want_n of_o due_a form_n in_o proceed_v to_o judgement_n or_o of_o action_n lead_v to_o it_o which_o if_o they_o be_v unwarrantable_a the_o judgement_n must_v have_v be_v so_o too_o be_v found_v upon_o the_o belief_n that_o there_o be_v just_a occasion_n for_o those_o action_n the_o substance_n of_o his_o objection_n may_v be_v reduce_v to_o these_o head_n 1._o part_v of_o the_o legislative_a power_n be_v in_o the_o king_n whence_o it_o follow_v regii_fw-la elementa_fw-la pol._n p._n 5._o since_o publish_v with_o the_o title_n of_o vindiciae_fw-la juris_fw-la regii_fw-la that_o the_o whole_a body_n of_o the_o people_n be_v not_o the_o supreme_a authority_n nor_o consequent_o can_v call_v their_o prince_n to_o account_v without_o his_o own_o consent_n 2._o that_o part_n of_o the_o legislative_a power_n which_o be_v lodge_v in_o the_o people_n
