such_o other_o person_n or_o person_n to_o be_v employ_v therein_o as_o shall_v be_v think_v fit_a by_o the_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n for_o the_o time_n be_v by_z and_o with_o the_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o say_v tho._n lord_n visc_n dillon_n etc._n etc._n or_o any_o seven_o or_o more_o of_o they_o and_o when_o it_o shall_v appear_v that_o any_o person_n or_o person_n
