that_o create_v and_o be_v the_o governor_n of_o they_o consider_v likewise_o among_o man_n in_o every_o great_a and_o useful_a work_n if_o the_o guide_n and_o governor_n of_o the_o work_n be_v skilful_a and_o able_a do_v not_o the_o work_n commit_v to_o he_o prosper_v proportionable_o on_o the_o contrary_a if_o a_o foolish_a man_n a_o disorder_a person_n have_v the_o government_n in_o chief_a of_o such_o matter_n be_v they_o not_o likely_a to_o fail_v and_o be_v confuse_v consider_v likewise_o in_o a_o ship_n when_o the_o master_n be_v godly_a wise_a skilful_a and_o able_a be_v not_o the_o voyage_n by_o he_o likely_a to_o come_v to_o good_a issue_n but_o on_o the_o contrary_a if_o a_o foolish_a disorder_a unjust_a man_n be_v the_o master_n be_v not_o the_o undertake_n endanger_v if_o not_o overthrow_v and_o be_v not_o this_o matter_n namely_o the_o government_n of_o a_o commonwealth_n to_o be_v look_v upon_o with_o as_o much_o regard_n ought_v not_o man_n to_o be_v we_o not_o to_o lament_v this_o namely_o that_o man_n oft_o rush_v upon_o the_o choose_n of_o governor_n as_o the_o horse_n into_o the_o battle_n with_o too_o little_a fear_n or_o wit_n man_n be_v
