faith_n we_o owe_v to_o our_o sovereign_a lord_n the_o king_n be_v we_o know_v all_o of_o we_o by_o the_o oath_n of_o allegiance_n in_o particular_a as_o we_o be_v not_o to_o be_v false_a traitor_n ourselves_o so_o neither_o be_v we_o to_o connive_v at_o or_o conceal_v those_o who_o we_o have_v reason_n to_o suspect_v to_o be_v such_o and_o hereunto_o we_o be_v all_o of_o we_o bind_v first_o by_o the_o oath_n aforemention_v which_o that_o none_o may_v think_v a_o imposition_n upon_o we_o or_o contrary_a to_o the_o law_n of_o god_n or_o to_o our_o christian_a liberty_n behold_v it_o in_o the_o very_a kingdom_n of_o judah_n that_o be_v in_o the_o kingdom_n which_o of_o all_o ever_o on_o earth_n be_v that_o of_o god_n most_o peculiar_a erection_n and_o care_n we_o have_v just_a now_o the_o true_a law_n of_o nature_n we_o expect_v protection_n from_o the_o king_n his_o law_n and_o government_n and_o god_n be_v bless_v we_o do_v enjoy_v it_o now_o be_v it_o not_o just_a that_o as_o we_o have_v safety_n from_o he_o so_o he_o shall_v have_v security_n from_o we_o what_o nation_n be_v there_o which_o give_v not_o this_o security_n to_o their_o government_n indeed_o it_o be_v the_o very_a bond_n of_o government_n without_o which_o it_o can_v subsist_v but_o all_o must_v run_v into_o sedition_n bloodshed_n confusion_n &_o anarchy_n and_o therefore_o 3._o we_o be_v bind_v to_o pay_v our_o king_n the_o honour_n of_o faith_n and_o allegiance_n in_o our_o own_o defence_n there_o be_v many_o who_o pretend_v and_o have_v long_o pretend_v god_n forgive_v they_o to_o be_v afraid_a of_o their_o property_n liberties_n and_o religion_n my_o brethren_n what_o can_v more_o certain_o and_o fatal_o expose_v or_o destroy_v all_o these_o than_o civil_a war_n and_o civil_a war_n must_v needs_o immediate_o come_v in_o upon_o we_o if_o any_o of_o we_o at_o least_o any_o number_n of_o we_o start_v or_o swerve_v from_o our_o allegiance_n our_o king_n under_o god_n alone_o be_v able_a to_o protect_v we_o our_o property_n liberty_n &_o religion_n and_o beside_o his_o force_n &_o power_n he_o have_v manifest_v to_o the_o world_n courage_n will_n and_o resolution_n enough_o to_o protect_v we_o in_o stand_v steadfast_a therefore_o we_o secure_v and_o preserve_v ourselves_o and_o we_o but_o if_o we_o stagger_v or_o fall_v off_o which_o god_n forbid_v we_o may_v weaken_v he_o
