every_o conclusion_n against_o he_o so_o far_o be_v it_o from_o show_v any_o reason_n why_o the_o lord_n major_n and_o alderman_n by_o this_o practice_n shall_v lose_v their_o negative_a voice_n that_o it_o more_o confirm_v they_o in_o it_o and_o give_v they_o fair_a warning_n for_o put_v any_o more_o business_n to_o the_o poll_n lest_o they_o be_v poll_v of_o all_o their_o right_n and_o that_o in_o this_o instance_n the_o voice_n of_o the_o lord_n major_n and_o alderman_n be_v always_o affirmative_a and_o never_o negative_a they_o be_v first_o affimative_a to_o have_v the_o petition_v accept_v they_o be_v also_o affirmative_a to_o have_v the_o court_n number_v by_o poll_n now_o we_o do_v not_o maintain_v that_o the_o lord_n major_n and_o alderman_n have_v any_o more_o
