such_o irish_a claimant_n or_o the_o person_n or_o person_n who_o shall_v derive_v under_o such_o irish_a claimant_n then_o shall_v such_o adventurer_n or_o soldier_n or_o other_o person_n or_o person_n he_o or_o their_o heir_n executor_n or_o assign_n who_o shall_v be_v concern_v in_o that_o suit_n for_o ever_o and_o final_o hold_v the_o say_a land_n in_o question_n and_o every_o part_n thereof_o to_o he_o and_o his_o heir_n but_o in_o case_n verdict_n or_o judgement_n be_v give_v for_o the_o title_n of_o the_o irish_a claimant_n or_o no_o such_o election_n be_v make_v as_o aforesaid_a the_o adventurer_n or_o soldier_n or_o other_o person_n his_o or_o their_o heir_n executor_n or_o assign_n shall_v be_v exclude_v from_o demand_v or_o have_v his_o two_o three_o part_n treasurer_n of_o his_o majesty_n household_n shall_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v to_o he_o and_o his_o heir_n all_o and_o singular_a the_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n late_o grant_v or_o mention_v whether_o the_o say_a estate_n tail_n be_v not_o extinct_a in_o law_n by_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o the_o say_a lord_n clanmalira_n who_o claim_n of_o innocence_n have_v not_o be_v allow_v and_o so_o act_n as_o shall_v appear_v to_o be_v in_o he_o or_o their_o hand_n or_o which_o they_o can_v come_v by_o and_o further_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n percival_n by_o himself_o or_o his_o deputy_n and_o by_o such_o under_o clerk_n for_o which_o he_o will_v be_v responsible_a shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n attend_v such_o commissioner_n and_o transcribe_v copy_n prepare_v register_n enter_v draw_v
