the_o say_a lord_n or_o other_o aforesaid_a or_o other_o feoffee_n to_o their_o use_n be_v at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o judgement_n give_v against_o they_o the_o say_v 21_o year_n by_o entry_n without_o other_o suit_n thereof_o to_o be_v make_v or_o livery_n to_o be_v have_v of_o the_o same_o and_o all_o the_o good_n and_o chattel_n which_o be_v the_o say_v lord_n or_o the_o other_o person_n aforesaid_a so_o forejudge_v whereof_o the_o king_n be_v not_o answer_v and_o be_v in_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o sheriff_n escheator_n or_o other_o officer_n minister_n or_o any_o other_o defensive_a arm_n and_o make_v war_n against_o those_o wicked_a counsellor_n of_o this_o king_n which_o seek_v their_o ruin_n and_o endeavour_v the_o destruction_n of_o the_o realm_n though_o they_o have_v the_o king_n presence_n and_o commission_n to_o countenance_v all_o their_o action_n and_o proceed_n of_o this_o nature_n and_o the_o lord_n want_v the_o ordinance_n of_o both_o house_n to_o
