thereafter_o do_v by_o the_o fifteen_o act_n of_o the_o first_o session_n of_o our_o second_o parliament_n authorize_v the_o lord_n of_o our_o privy_a council_n to_o regulate_v and_o set_v down_o the_o price_n thereof_o as_o they_o shall_v find_v just_a and_o reasonable_a and_o to_o emit_v such_o act_n order_n and_o direction_n in_o relation_n to_o the_o price_n of_o ale_n and_o drinking-beer_n and_o to_o inflict_v such_o censure_n pain_n and_o penalty_n upon_o the_o contraveener_n thereof_o as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a and_o incase_o after_o settle_v the_o say_n price_n by_o our_o council_n any_o brewer_n shall_v cease_v and_o give_v over_o their_o brew_n or_o vent_v of_o ale_n and_o beer_n it_o be_v declare_v they_o shall_v not_o be_v allow_v to_o brew_v or_o vent_v any_o ale_n or_o drinking-beer_n for_o the_o space_n of_o one_o year_n thereafter_o and_o be_v further_a liable_a to_o such_o pain_n and_o penalty_n as_o our_o council_n shall_v think_v fit_a to_o inflict_v notwithstanding_o of_o which_o act_n the_o brewer_n and_o ventiner_n without_o any_o respect_n or_o regard_v thereto_o do_v take_v upon_o they_o to_o exact_v and_o impose_v upon_o our_o
