any_o who_o shall_v import_n victual_v to_o this_o kingdom_n from_o any_o foreign_a country_n during_o the_o space_n aftermentioned_a therefore_o we_o with_o advice_n of_o the_o lord_n of_o our_o privy_a council_n do_v hereby_o grant_v licence_n and_o full_a liberty_n to_o all_o person_n whatsoever_o foreigner_n or_o native_n to_o import_n victual_v or_o corn_n of_o all_o sort_n either_o by_o sea_n or_o by_o land_n from_o any_o other_o kingdom_n or_o country_n whatsoever_o until_o the_o first_o day_n of_o october_n next_o to_o come_v and_o that_o free_a of_o custom_n excise_n or_o other_o impossition_n for_o all_o that_o shall_v be_v import_v after_o the_o day_n and_o date_n hereof_o during_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a and_o recommend_v it_o to_o the_o commissioner_n of_o our_o
