one_o country_n have_v like_v and_o approve_v of_o such_o a_o form_n and_o constitution_n of_o government_n and_o find_v it_o best_a and_o fit_a for_o it_o with_o respect_n to_o its_o situation_n and_o its_o neighbourhood_n and_o to_o the_o temper_n and_o the_o genius_n of_o its_o people_n and_o inhabitant_n if_o it_o have_v pitch_v upon_o such_o law_n as_o it_o find_v by_o experience_n most_o convenient_a for_o it_o if_o such_o and_o such_o be_v the_o power_n and_o prerogative_n of_o the_o superior_n and_o such_o and_o such_o the_o privilege_n and_o immunity_n of_o the_o subject_n
