by_o the_o king_n a_o proclamation_n concern_v the_o sale_n of_o fee-farm_n rent_n charles_n r._n whereas_o in_o and_o by_o a_o late_a act_n of_o parliament_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o advance_v the_o sale_n of_o fee-farm_n rent_n and_o the_o instruction_n therein_o mention_v it_o be_v among_o other_o thing_n enact_v that_o the_o immediate_a tenant_n liable_a to_o the_o payment_n of_o any_o rent_n shall_v be_v prefer_v in_o the_o purchase_n of_o it_o before_o any_o other_o so_o as_o such_o immediate_a tenant_n tender_v himself_o to_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n or_o lord_n commissioner_n of_o the_o treasury_n to_o contract_n within_o six_o month_n after_o the_o pass_v of_o any_o patent_n to_o trustee_n for_o sale_n thereof_o and_o notice_n thereof_o publish_v by_o his_o majesty_n proclamation_n and_o perfect_a his_o contract_n and_o pay_v on_o secure_a his_o money_n within_o six_o month_n after_o at_o such_o rate_n as_o shall_v be_v agree_v not_o exceed_v twenty_o year_n purchase_v his_o majesty_n therefore_o have_v by_o his_o letter_n patent_n under_o his_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n bear_v date_n the_o eleven_o day_n of_o this_o instant_a november_n grant_v unto_o francis_n lord_n hawley_n sir_n charles_n harbour_v knight_n sir_n william_n haward_n knight_n sir_n john_n talbot_z knight_n sir_n robert_z steward_z knight_n and_o william_n harbour_v esquire_n their_o heir_n and_o allign_v divers_a feé-farm_n rent_n and_o other_o rent_n and_o annual_a payment_n therein_o mention_v as_o trustee_n for_o sale_n thereof_o according_a to_o the_o say_a act_n all_o which_o rent_n in_o the_o say_a letter_n patent_n mention_v be_v of_o the_o yearly_a value_n of_o forty_o shilling_n and_o upward_o do_v by_o this_o his_o proclamation_n give_v notice_n to_o all_o his_o love_a subject_n who_o it_o do_v on_o may_v concern_v that_o the_o rent_n in_o the_o say_a patent_n mention_v shall_v forthwith_o be_v sell_v and_o do_v hereby_o require_v all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n body_n politic_a and_o corporate_a who_o by_o the_o say_a act_n be_v entitle_v as_o immediate_a tenant_n to_o any_o preference_n in_o the_o purchase_n of_o any_o such_o rent_n that_o they_o take_v care_n to_o proceed_v in_o their_o purchase_n and_o perfect_a their_o contract_n within_o the_o time_n limit_v by_o the_o say_a act_n or_o in_o default_n thereof_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v sell_v to_o such_o other_o as_o shall_v desire_v to_o deal_v and_o contract_n for_o they_o and_o do_v further_a by_o this_o his_o royal_a proclamation_n declare_v that_o a_o former_a proclamation_n bear_v date_n the_o fourteénth_n day_n of_o june_n last_o whereby_o his_o majesty_n give_v notice_n of_o several_a rent_n pass_v to_o the_o say_a trustee_n by_o his_o letter_n patent_n date_v the_o thirteénth_n day_n of_o the_o same_o june_n will_v as_o to_o the_o time_n of_o six_o month_n limit_v by_o the_o say_a act_n expire_v on_o the_o fifteénth_n day_n of_o december_n next_o and_o that_o immediate_o after_o the_o say_a expiration_n the_o rent_n contain_v in_o the_o say_a patent_n of_o the_o say_a thirteénth_n of_o june_n not_o by_o that_o time_n contract_v for_o by_o the_o immediate_a tenant_n shall_v be_v expose_v to_o sale_n to_o such_o other_o as_o will_v desire_v to_o deal_v and_o contract_n for_o they_o give_v at_o the_o court_n at_o whitehal_o the_o twenty_o day_n of_o november_n 1670._o in_o the_o two_o and_o twenty_o year_n of_o our_o reign_n god_n save_o the_o king_n in_o the_o savoy_n print_v by_o the_o assign_v of_o john_n bill_n and_o christopher_n barker_n printer_n to_o the_o king_n most_o excellent_a majesty_n 1670._o
