the_o fraction_n who_o contribute_v to_o he_o have_v one_o that_o they_o cause_v the_o leader_n buy_v a_o horse_n and_o that_o any_o of_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o heretor_n or_o other_o have_v sufficient_a horse_n at_o the_o rate_v contain_v in_o the_o act_n of_o parliament_n or_o thereby_o shall_v be_v hold_v to_o sell_v one_o to_o he_o at_o a_o reasonable_a price_n to_o be_v appoint_v by_o the_o said_n commissioner_n or_o their_o quorum_fw-la aforesaid_a not_o exceed_v the_o foresay_a rate_n or_o thereby_o and_o it_o be_v hereby_o ordain_v that_o these_o person_n who_o be_v liable_a in_o fraction_n of_o militia-horse_n shall_v at_o this_o time_n contribute_v their_o proportion_n to_o the_o leader_n for_o a_o new_a out-reick_a of_o horse_n and_o furniture_n where_o the_o leader_n have_v serve_v the_o full_a space_n of_o seven_o year_n since_o the_o last_o time_n that_o these_o of_o the_o fraction_n do_v contribute_v to_o he_o but_o where_o the_o leader_n have_v not_o
