conveyance_n i_o doubt_v it_o will_v shake_v many_o deed_n that_o be_v make_v and_o execute_v by_o the_o duke_n for_o though_o he_o be_v so_o cautious_a as_o some_o of_o their_o witness_n say_v that_o he_o will_v not_o execute_v any_o deed_n but_o what_o his_o counsel_n set_v their_o hand_n to_o yet_o i_o do_v not_o find_v that_o any_o of_o they_o use_v to_o be_v read_v to_o he_o or_o he_o himself_o read_v they_o at_o the_o time_n he_o seal_v they_o therefore_o it_o be_v a_o dangerous_a doctrine_n to_o set_v aside_o a_o deed_n upon_o such_o a_o account_n some_o people_n will_v not_o which_o refer_v to_o the_o will_n as_o particular_o that_o of_o norton_n disney_n and_o some_o other_o of_o less_o moment_n but_o god_n forbid_v that_o the_o mistake_v of_o a_o counsel_n in_o a_o recital_n in_o a_o deed_n shall_v be_v of_o that_o great_a moment_n as_o to_o set_v aside_o the_o deed_n when_o execute_v by_o the_o party_n but_o there_o be_v another_o matter_n much_o insist_v on_o most_o concern_v next_o to_o my_o lord_n of_o bath_n himself_o his_o petition_v the_o king_n to_o confer_v on_o he_o the_o title_n of_o duke_n of_o albemarle_n in_o case_n of_o his_o fail_v of_o be_v express_v in_o point_n and_o those_o be_v the_o case_n of_o wynne_n and_o roberts_n and_o fry_n and_o porter_n in_o the_o case_n of_o wynne_n and_o roberts_n there_o be_v proof_n of_o a_o very_a great_a surprise_n upon_o the_o man_n whereby_o he_o be_v induce_v to_o make_v a_o will_n and_o to_o disinherit_v his_o child_n of_o who_o he_o be_v before_o very_o fond_a and_o who_o be_v marry_v into_o a_o very_a honourable_a family_n and_o to_o break_v a_o settlement_n solemn_o make_v before_o all_o this_o matter_n be_v charge_v in_o the_o bill_n and_o prove_v but_o not_o withstand_v this_o the_o court_n declare_v they_o will_v give_v no_o relief_n but_o if_o they_o can_v expect_v any_o they_o must_v go_v to_o law_n and_o at_o last_o it_o be_v end_v only_o by_o a_o bill_n in_o
