incorporation_n with_o perpetual_a sucession_n by_o the_o name_n of_o the_o company_n of_o scotland_n trading_n to_o africa_n and_o the_o indies_n provide_v always_o like_o as_o it_o be_v hereby_o in_o the_o first_o place_n provide_v that_o of_o the_o fond_a or_o capital_a stock_n that_o shall_v be_v agree_v to_o be_v advance_v and_o employ_v by_o the_o foresay_a undertaker_n and_o their_o copartner_n the_o half_a at_o least_o shall_v be_v appoint_v and_o allot_v for_o scottish_a man_n within_o this_o kingdom_n who_o shall_v enter_v and_o subscribe_v to_o the_o say_a company_n before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o august_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o and_o ninety_o six_o year_n and_o if_o it_o shall_v happen_v that_o scots_a man_n live_v within_o this_o kingdom_n shall_v not_o betwixt_o and_o the_o foresay_a term_n subscribe_v for_o and_o make_v up_o the_o equal_a half_n of_o the_o say_v fond_a or_o capital_a stock_n then_o and_o in_o that_o case_n allannerly_a it_o shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o allow_v to_o scots_a man_n reside_v abroad_o or_o to_o foreigner_n to_o come_v in_o subscribe_v and_o be_v assume_v for_o the_o superplus_n of_o the_o say_v half_a and_o no_o
