liberty_n and_o a_o true_a account_n to_o be_v take_v of_o the_o name_n and_o quality_n of_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v find_v therein_o not_o qualify_v as_o aforesaid_a which_o be_v forthwith_o to_o be_v return_v to_o we_o under_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o say_a lord_n mayor_n sheriff_n and_o senaschals_n of_o the_o say_a city_n and_o liberty_n whereupon_o we_o will_v give_v order_n to_o have_v they_o proceed_v against_o with_o the_o utmost_a rigour_n of_o their_o majesty_n law_n and_o we_o do_v hereby_o further_o declare_v that_o if_o any_o such_o papist_n or_o other_o disaffect_v person_n after_o the_o four_o of_o december_n next_o not_o be_v housekeeper_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v repair_v unto_o the_o say_a city_n or_o liberty_n and_o there_o abide_v by_o the_o space_n of_o 24_o hour_n after_o such_o proclamation_n without_o render_v he_o or_o she_o or_o themselves_o to_o the_o lord_n mayor_n or_o one_o of_o the_o sheriff_n or_o alderman_n of_o the_o say_a city_n or_o one_o of_o the_o seneschal_n of_o the_o say_a liberty_n to_o the_o end_n it_o may_v be_v know_v in_o what_o house_n he_o she_o or_o they_o take_v up_o he_o she_o or_o their_o lodging_n or_o if_o above_o the_o number_n of_o five_o papist_n or_o disaffect_v person_n as_o aforesaid_a whether_o housekeeper_n or_o any_o other_o shall_v meet_v within_o any_o house_n within_o the_o say_a city_n or_o liberty_n on_o any_o pretence_n whatsoever_o either_o by_o day_n or_o night_n or_o shall_v be_v out_o of_o he_o she_o or_o their_o lodging_n after_o nine_o of_o the_o clock_n at_o night_n in_o either_o of_o these_o case_n if_o any_o person_n shall_v be_v so_o hardy_a as_o not_o to_o give_v due_a obedience_n to_o our_o direction_n aforesaid_a they_o shall_v be_v prosecute_v as_o contemner_n of_o their_o majesty_n royal_a authority_n and_o because_o reward_n as_o well_o as_o punishment_n be_v necessary_a conduce_v to_o the_o discovery_n of_o such_o as_o shall_v offend_v in_o the_o particular_n aforesaid_a we_o do_v hereby_o publish_v and_o declare_v that_o as_o we_o will_v severe_o punish_v such_o offender_n as_o aforesaid_a the_o receiver_n and_o harbourer_n of_o they_o contrary_a to_o this_o our_o proclamation_n so_o we_o will_v give_v a_o reward_n of_o twenty_o shilling_n to_o each_o person_n who_o shall_v give_v information_n against_o any_o such_o offender_n in_o any_o of_o the_o say_a particular_n to_o be_v immediate_o pay_v out_o of_o their_o majesty_n treasury_n upon_o proof_n of_o such_o offence_n or_o offence_n make_v before_o the_o lord_n mayor_n of_o the_o say_a city_n etc._n etc._n this_o and_o the_o diligent_a search_n make_v after_o suspect_v person_n startle_v the_o caballar_n and_o conspirator_n in_o such_o a_o manner_n that_o they_o either_o disperse_v or_o conceal_v themselves_o so_o the_o pernicious_a design_n of_o lay_v the_o metropolis_n of_o ireland_n in_o ash_n and_o mix_v those_o ash_n with_o the_o blood_n of_o its_o inhabitant_n be_v frustrate_v and_o indeed_o this_o appear_v not_o to_o be_v ground_v upon_o light_a suspicion_n but_o upon_o substantial_a reason_n for_o the_o enemy_n troop_n abroad_o be_v about_o that_o time_n move_v near_o towards_o dublin_n than_o any_o other_o occasion_n but_o such_o intelligence_n or_o correspondence_n can_v reasonable_o require_v but_o upon_o this_o discovery_n retire_v and_o the_o city_n guard_n be_v
