stewart_n of_o stewartry_n on_o the_o east_n west_n and_o middle_a march_n of_o this_o our_o kingdom_n and_o within_o the_o shire_n of_o argile_n air_n dumbarton_n and_o inverness_n as_o also_o all_o collector_n and_o their_o depute_n customer_n and_o waiter_n immediate_o upon_o sight_n hereof_o not_o only_o to_o inquire_v for_o but_o to_o seize_v the_o person_n of_o any_o englishman_n who_o it_o appear_v by_o clear_a evidence_n that_o they_o be_v come_v upon_o the_o account_n of_o trade_n allanerly_a and_o to_o acquaint_v our_o privy_a council_n from_o time_n to_o time_n that_o they_o first_o give_v in_o upon_o oath_n a_o list_n of_o all_o their_o seaman_n and_o other_o passanger_n to_o the_o ordinar_a magistrate_n or_o customer_n timous_o at_o least_o 48._o hour_n at_o the_o
