for_o repayment_n of_o money_n there_o deposit_v or_o undue_o receive_v or_o that_o shall_v hereafter_o be_v so_o deposit_v or_o undue_o receive_v as_o they_o shall_v see_v cause_n and_o be_v it_o it_o further_o ordain_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_a commissioner_n herein_o name_v and_o the_o commissioner_n for_o sequestration_n in_o the_o respective_a county_n shall_v have_v power_n and_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v to_o examine_v witness_n upon_o oath_n if_o they_o shall_v see_v cause_n in_o all_o case_n depend_v or_o which_o shall_v depend_v before_o they_o and_o
