of_o the_o nation_n so_o we_o can_v not_o find_v any_o way_n to_o avoid_v the_o imputation_n which_o may_v just_o be_v cast_v upon_o we_o if_o by_o our_o neglect_n and_o omission_n of_o any_o thing_n necessary_a for_o we_o to_o represent_v any_o ill_a consequence_n shall_v have_v follow_v we_o therefore_o humble_o offer_v these_o follow_v particular_n to_o your_o serious_a consideration_n 1._o that_o freequarter_n may_v forthwith_o be_v total_o and_o universal_o take_v away_o 2._o that_o a_o speedy_a and_o effectual_a provision_n may_v be_v make_v of_o constant_a pay_n for_o the_o army_n while_o they_o be_v keep_v up_o whereby_o the_o soldiery_n may_v be_v enable_v to_o live_v upon_o their_o pay_n and_o avoid_v that_o pest_n of_o freequarter_n which_o without_o any_o other_o enemy_n must_v avoidable_o ruin_v the_o commonwealth_n 3._o that_o all_o person_n of_o what_o degree_n or_o quality_n soever_o who_o have_v be_v employ_v in_o public_a receipt_n of_o money_n plate_n or_o good_n and_o be_v any_o way_n chargeable_a and_o accountable_a to_o the_o commonwealth_n may_v be_v bring_v to_o a_o speedy_a and_o exact_a account_n and_o that_o person_n of_o know_a integrity_n
