and_o general_n there_o have_v be_v large_a experience_n neither_o have_v his_o excellency_n give_v cause_n to_o doubt_v of_o his_o civility_n to_o such_o as_o he_o shall_v retain_v prisoner_n although_o by_o their_o be_v render_v to_o mercy_n he_o stand_v not_o engage_v thereby_o upon_o return_v of_o these_o answer_v the_o commissioner_n from_o colchester_n propound_v these_o two_o further_a query_n 1._o whether_o these_o that_o be_v surrender_v to_o mercy_n shall_v enjoy_v their_o wear_a clothes_n as_o well_o those_o on_o their_o back_n as_o what_o other_o change_n they_o have_v 2._o whether_o the_o nobleman_n and_o officer_n shall_v have_v use_n of_o their_o own_o horse_n to_o the_o place_n where_o they_o shall_v be_v confine_v to_o which_o be_v answer_v by_o his_o excellency_n commissioner_n to_o the_o first_o it_o be_v intend_v that_o those_o who_o shall_v be_v tender_v and_o receive_v to_o mercy_n shall_v enjoy_v the_o wear_n clothes_n on_o their_o back_n
