express_v for_o the_o commissioner_n thereby_o appoint_v to_o execute_v the_o same_o be_v it_o now_o declare_v and_o ordain_v by_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o that_o the_o chief_a commissioner_n appoint_v by_o the_o say_a ordinance_n to_o put_v the_o same_o in_o execution_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v execute_v the_o same_o shall_v have_v for_o their_o pain_n
