otherways_o and_o that_o the_o magistrate_n and_o deputy_n shall_v continue_v together_o to_o consider_v and_o order_v all_o
shall_v not_o extend_v to_o restrain_v any_o charitable_a act_n in_o relieve_v any_o indian_a bona_fw-la fide_fw-la in_o any_o sudden_a exigent_n of_o sickness_n faintness_n and_o not_o to_o exceed_v one_o dram_n or_o two_o or_o by_o the_o prescription_n and_o direction_n of_o some_o physician_n under_o the_o hand_n of_o a_o magistrate_n first_o obtain_v thereof_o what_o testimony_n sufficient_a for_o conviction_n thereof_o and_o it_o be_v further_o order_v that_o the_o accusation_n information_n or_o testimony_n of_o any_o indian_a or_o if_o there_o be_v any_o other_o probable_a circumstance_n attend_v it_o shall_v be_v account_v sufficient_a conviction_n of_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n suspect_v to_o give_v sell_v trade_n procure_v or_o furnish_v any_o such_o such_o indian_n shall_v be_v whip_v juror_n impanel_v grand_fw-fr jury_n choose_v &_o impanel_v 1._o order_v by_o this_o court_n and_o the_o authority_n thereof_o that_o the_o juror_n of_o grand_a
