shall_v do_v nothing_o without_o the_o bishop_n nor_o the_o bishop_n without_o the_o presbyter_n except_o he_o think_v the_o bishop_n a_o distinct_a species_n of_o officer_n from_o the_o presbyter_n in_o they_o but_o perhaps_o a_o positive_a proof_n of_o all_o this_o will_v be_v demand_v from_o i_o out_o of_o the_o epistle_n to_o this_o purpose_n then_o observe_v 1._o what_o ignatius_n write_v to_o the_o ephesian_n who_o the_o master_n jesus_n christ_n send_v unto_o the_o administration_n of_o his_o own_o household_n the_o church_n we_o ought_v so_o to_o receive_v he_o as_o we_o will_v saying_n that_o the_o bishop_n can_v do_v nothing_o without_o the_o presbyter_n be_v without_o ground_n in_o these_o epistle_n it_o be_v never_o say_v do_v nothing_o without_o the_o bishop_n and_o the_o presbytery_n much_o less_o simple_o do_v nothing_o without_o the_o presbyter_n 4._o it_o be_v not_o to_o be_v forget_v what_o ignatius_n take_v special_a notice_n of_o in_o his_o epistle_n to_o the_o magnesian_o you_o must_v not_o abuse_v or_o despise_v 31._o the_o youth_n of_o our_o bishop_n demas_n but_o pay_v he_o all_o reverence_n as_o i_o know_v the_o holy_a presbyter_n do_v who_o
