so_o vex_v worldly_a man_n i_o do_v live_v in_o the_o great_a content_n not_o subject_a to_o their_o envy_n but_o take_v comfort_n in_o the_o true_a and_o only_o good_n of_o the_o soul_n whereof_o o_o lord_n thou_o be_v the_o liberal_a giver_n as_o also_o of_o grace_n to_o those_o that_o be_v thou_o because_o thou_o be_v their_o father_n o_o lord_n our_o redeemer_n if_o i_o lose_v some_o of_o my_o friend_n even_o of_o those_o that_o be_v very_a near_o i_o yet_o can_v i_o take_v it_o peaceable_o because_o their_o felicity_n be_v hasten_v in_o that_o they_o depart_v in_o christ_n and_o that_o i_o enjoy_v their_o presence_n to_o the_o comfort_n of_o my_o life_n and_o not_o as_o it_o be_v by_o a_o certain_a kind_n of_o ingratitude_n towards_o both_o thou_o and_o they_o mourn_v for_o their_o joy_n and_o felicity_n in_o all_o other_o furrow_n and_o grief_n that_o shall_v less_o trouble_v we_o give_v i_o grace_n my_o lord_n that_o i_o be_v not_o move_v to_o bitterness_n or_o anger_n but_o that_o with_o a_o quiet_a mind_n i_o may_v bear_v all_o and_o tread_v under_o foot_n the_o thorn_n of_o my_o life_n as_o be_v assure_v in_o the_o end_n to_o find_v both_o the_o cost_n and_o reward_n to_o the_o same_o end_n also_o touch_v my_o heart_n earnest_o with_o the_o feel_n of_o thy_o benefit_n namely_o of_o those_o which_o thou_o have_v liberal_o grant_v we_o for_o the_o necessity_n of_o this_o life_n lest_o as_o a_o ingrateful_a wretch_n i_o shall_v forget_v they_o after_o the_o manner_n of_o carnal_a man_n that_o be_v never_o content_a with_o thy_o benefit_n but_o do_v enjoy_v they_o without_o any_o acknowledgement_n and_o which_o be_v more_o be_v ready_a to_o complain_v if_o they_o have_v not_o all_o their_o vanity_n at_o a_o wish_n yea_o which_o be_v worst_a of_o all_o when_o they_o have_v often_o eat_v at_o the_o table_n of_o thy_o son_n do_v lift_v up_o their_o heel_n against_o he_o wherein_o they_o be_v worse_o than_o beast_n that_o do_v acknowledge_v those_o that_o feed_v and_o dress_v they_o and_o do_v humble_a themselves_o in_o their_o presence_n o_o most_o mighty_a god_n deliver_v i_o from_o the_o counsel_n of_o these_o wicked_a one_o and_o hypocrite_n and_o let_v i_o not_o sit_v upon_o the_o seat_n of_o these_o scorner_n with_o who_o godliness_n be_v folly_n and_o the_o equity_n of_o thy_o law_n but_o a_o sport_n but_o whether_o i_o walk_v or_o stand_v still_o whether_o i_o do_v or_o suffer_v grant_v o_o lord_n that_o i_o may_v always_o walk_v as_o in_o thy_o presence_n to_o the_o glory_n of_o thy_o holy_a name_n and_o that_o my_o soul_n may_v take_v counsel_n and_o be_v satisfy_v in_o thy_o righteousness_n whilst_o in_o all_o patience_n i_o wait_v for_o my_o deliverance_n from_o all_o pain_n and_o the_o perfection_n of_o my_o profitable_a do_v make_v we_o with_o our_o intelligence_n to_o penetrate_v even_o unto_o thou_o the_o admirable_a creator_n of_o all_o thing_n and_o in_o the_o excellency_n of_o the_o same_o to_o meditate_v upon_o the_o height_n and_o depth_n of_o thy_o excellency_n to_o the_o end_n to_o sing_v unto_o thou_o psalm_n of_o thanksgiving_n and_o in_o the_o self_n same_o to_o find_v rest_n and_o comfort_v for_o our_o soul_n also_o whereas_o the_o sun_n light_v and_o warm_v we_o the_o day_n rejoice_v we_o the_o air_n quikn_v we_o the_o earth_n feed_v we_o the_o water_n moy_v we_o and_o the_o night_n minister_n to_o we_o rest_n from_o our_o labour_n and_o which_o be_v more_o o_o father_n of_o all_o the_o world_n whereas_o thou_o maintaine_v order_n and_o government_n that_o thou_o pull_v down_o the_o proud_a and_o exalt_a the_o humble_a that_o thou_o extende_v thy_o punishment_n upon_o the_o earth_n and_o the_o inhabitant_n thereof_o that_o thou_o visite_a they_o with_o mercy_n exercise_v thy_o judgement_n upon_o small_a family_n as_o well_o as_o upon_o great_a monarchy_n according_a as_o there_o be_v nothing_o in_o nature_n that_o take_v place_n more_o or_o less_o in_o a_o most_o excellent_a inducement_n to_o pass_v over_o our_o life_n sober_o but_o if_o we_o turn_v unto_o ourselves_o to_o consider_v our_o own_o nature_n especial_o the_o faculty_n of_o the_o soul_n so_o high_a that_o we_o can_v approach_v thereto_o but_o if_o proceed_v beyond_o this_o book_n of_o nature_n we_o come_v to_o read_v in_o the_o book_n of_o the_o lamb_n slay_v for_o our_o ransom_n and_o to_o see_v and_o meditate_v upon_o the_o husbandry_n of_o thy_o sheepfold_n and_o the_o abundance_n of_o celestial_a blessing_n in_o the_o same_o o_o lord_n what_o height_n and_o depth_n of_o wisdom_n of_o charity_n of_o mercy_n of_o justice_n be_v in_o the_o same_o o_o the_o greatness_n of_o joy_n and_o peace_n to_o the_o illuminate_v heart_n that_o can_v penetrate_v into_o all_o these_o divine_a mystery_n when_o we_o come_v to_o thy_o church_n to_o learn_v thy_o law_n to_o hear_v the_o gospel_n to_o worship_n and_o call_v upon_o thou_o and_o to_o sound_v forth_o thy_o praise_n we_o
