know_v whether_o the_o prosecutor_n of_o a_o impeachment_n from_o the_o house_n of_o commons_o who_o be_v never_o the_o same_o man_n in_o a_o new_a parliament_n will_v proceed_v any_o more_o upon_o a_o former_a impeachment_n for_o he_o say_v it_o have_v many_o time_n fall_v out_o otherwise_o and_o he_o cite_v a_o late_a case_n of_o the_o lord_n mordant_n who_o be_v impeach_v upon_o article_n in_o one_o session_n and_o have_v take_v out_o a_o pardon_n during_o the_o prorogation_n be_v never_o more_o call_v upon_o nor_o never_o question_v upon_o the_o former_a impeachment_n although_o the_o then_o for_o the_o proceed_n which_o the_o inferior_a court_n do_v daily_a practice_n upon_o appeal_n and_o writ_n of_o error_n which_o be_v but_o for_o property_n and_o be_v comprise_v in_o the_o more_o encourage_v than_o before_o not_o to_o give_v over_o a_o cause_n which_o do_v so_o much_o concern_v every_o man_n in_o england_n the_o lord_n chief_a justice_n then_o say_v that_o his_o lordship_n be_v mistake_v in_o believe_v that_o that_o court_n do_v keep_v he_o in_o prison_n for_o that_o he_o be_v not_o keptin_a prison_n by_o they_o but_o by_o a_o superior_a court_n which_o be_v too_o big_a for_o they_o to_o meddle_v with_o or_o to_o examine_v what_o they_o do_v to_o this_o his_o lordship_n answer_v that_o he_o have_v wrong_o do_v he_o which_o must_v be_v do_v by_o some_o body_n and_o that_o it_o be_v a_o maxim_n of_o the_o law_n that_o the_o king_n can_v do_v no_o man_n wrong_v be_v advise_v by_o his_o court_n beside_o that_o his_o majesty_n have_v twice_o show_v his_o consent_n in_o that_o court_n to_o have_v he_o bail_v neither_o can_v he_o say_v that_o the_o lord_n do_v he_o wrong_n because_o there_o be_v nothing_o in_o their_o order_n to_o hinder_v his_o be_v by_o the_o star_n since_o he_o can_v not_o find_v who_o it_o be_v upon_o earth_n that_o do_v it_o he_o conclude_v that_o if_o he_o be_v legal_o imprison_v yet_o by_o magna_fw-la charta_fw-la not_o ready_a to_o give_v any_o present_a opinion_n there_o have_v be_v so_o much_o and_o some_o thing_n so_o material_o say_v by_o his_o lordship_n but_o that_o for_o his_o better_a satisfaction_n by_o a_o impeachment_n and_o have_v plead_v a_o pardon_n to_o the_o impeachment_n before_o the_o lord_n he_o say_v he_o take_v that_o plea_n to_o be_v a_o tacite_fw-la confession_n of_o guilt_n in_o law_n though_o the_o party_n be_v never_o so_o innocent_a and_o then_o it_o have_v be_v a_o tacite_fw-la plead_v of_o guilty_a insomuch_o that_o he_o do_v believe_v there_o can_v be_v no_o can_v that_o this_o indeed_o be_v a_o question_n of_o law_n which_o he_o be_v but_o little_o verse_v in_o but_o that_o he_o be_v at_o present_a able_a to_o say_v that_o he_o have_v read_v the_o
