offender_n or_o by_o present_a information_n by_o other_o as_o also_o to_o make_v search_n for_o all_o such_o person_n either_o on_o the_o sabbath_n day_n or_o other_o when_o there_o shall_v be_v occasion_n search_n make_v search_n in_o all_o house_n license_v to_o sell_v either_o wine_n or_o beer_n or_o in_o any_o other_o suspect_v or_o disorder_a place_n and_o those_o to_o apprehend_v and_o keep_v in_o safe_a custody_n till_o opportunity_n serve_v to_o bring_v they_o before_o one_o of_o the_o next_o magistrate_n or_o other_o person_n authorize_v to_o further_a examination_n provide_v name_n of_o our_o sovereign_a lord_n the_o king_n name_n all_o court_n to_o be_v hold_v &_o all_o commission_n writt_n &_o execution_n to_o be_v in_o his_o majesty_n name_n and_o that_o all_o commission_n warrant_n summons_n attachment_n sub-penee_a execution_n and_o all_o writ_n and_o precept_n of_o what_o nature_n soever_o shall_v be_v in_o his_o majesty_n name_n that_o the_o affair_n of_o this_o jurisdiction_n may_v be_v the_o better_o carry_v on_o it_o be_v agree_v and_o declare_v that_o there_o be_v several_a court_n for_o several_a purpose_n and_o of_o different_a constitution_n and_o power_n and_o first_o the_o general_n court_n 1._o the_o general_a court_n shall_v consist_v of_o the_o governor_n deputy_n governor_n and_o assistant_n be_v general_n court_v constitution_n &_o be_v and_o deputy_n for_o each_o township_n in_o this_o jurisdiction_n who_o shall_v be_v send_v to_o each_o general_a court_n as_o the_o country_n representative_n who_o together_o with_o the_o magistrate_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n to_o consult_v of_o and_o determine_v all_o such_o matter_n and_o to_o make_v and_o establish_v all_o such_o law_n and_o order_n as_o concern_v the_o public_a welfare_n of_o this_o colony_n the_o matter_n of_o election_n of_o magistrate_n and_o other_o officer_n only_o except_v wherein_o every_o freeman_n be_v to_o give_v his_o vote_n according_a to_o the_o accustom_a usage_n of_o this_o court_n 2._o it_o be_v enact_v that_o this_o general_a court_n and_o all_o the_o member_n thereof_o shall_v meet_v and_o sit_v at_o plymouth_n on_o the_o first_o tuesday_n in_o june_n sit_v place_n &_o time_n of_o sit_v annual_o nothing_o extraordinary_a prevent_v and_o that_o then_o there_o shall_v be_v the_o election_n of_o all_o our_o
