enter_v of_o all_o the_o matter_n offer_v and_o debate_v in_o court_n after_o four_o day_n be_v spend_v herein_o there_o be_v not_o any_o one_o particularreason_n give_v for_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o court_n as_o be_v usual_a in_o case_n of_o so_o great_a consequence_n but_o only_o in_o general_n that_o the_o court_n see_v no_o cause_n in_o equity_n to_o relieve_v two_o that_o the_o lord_n keeper_n and_o judge_n do_v lay_v great_a stress_n on_o the_o verdict_n and_o that_o there_o have_v be_v no_o motion_n for_o a_o new_a trial_n and_o that_o so_o the_o deed_n must_v be_v now_o suppose_v to_o be_v take_v as_o good_a deed_n which_o it_o be_v humble_o hope_v will_v not_o now_o be_v of_o weight_n for_o there_o be_v nothing_o insist_v on_o at_o the_o trial_n but_o the_o fact_n only_o and_o so_o the_o verdict_n be_v or_o aught_o to_o be_v of_o no_o further_a evidence_n than_o that_o the_o duke_n seal_v the_o deed._n and_o there_o be_v no_o motion_n for_o a_o new_a trial_n not_o because_o the_o appellant_n be_v satisfy_v with_o that_o verdict_n or_o have_v as_o they_o conceive_v any_o reason_n so_o to_o be_v but_o because_o it_o be_v and_o be_v conceive_v that_o suppose_v the_o duke_n do_v execute_v such_o deed_n there_o be_v matter_n in_o equity_n arise_v out_o of_o the_o deed_n themselves_o and_o otherwise_o relate_v thereto_o sufficient_a to_o set_v the_o same_o aside_o or_o render_v the_o same_o ineffectual_a first_o either_o as_o undue_o obtain_v second_o or_o as_o undue_o secrete_v and_o conceal_v from_o the_o duke_n or_o three_o as_o in_o equity_n for_o she_o appear_v in_o that_o in_o the_o will_v produce_v by_o the_o earl_n of_o bath_n and_o in_o a_o will_n of_o 1673_o and_o in_o all_o his_o will_n he_o name_v her_o sole_a guardian_n of_o all_o his_o child_n if_o he_o have_v any_o and_o it_o be_v further_a here_o to_o be_v consider_v that_o the_o duke_n have_v too_o much_o courage_n to_o do_v any_o thing_n through_o fear_n or_o importunity_n and_o more_o honour_n than_o so_o to_o dissemble_v either_o with_o the_o earl_n or_o colonel_n monk_n but_o the_o natural_a construction_n which_o save_v the_o duke_n honour_n be_v
