all_o the_o people_n of_o england_n and_o which_o be_v matter_n of_o the_o high_a consequence_n that_o can_v come_v into_o debate_n the_o petitioner_n reply_v thereunto_o will_v require_v the_o great_a consideration_n that_o so_o according_a to_o their_o duty_n they_o may_v endeavour_v to_o give_v your_o majesty_n entire_a satisfaction_n therein_o which_o they_o can_v be_v prepare_v to_o do_v in_o so_o short_a a_o time_n and_o forasmuch_o as_o the_o petitioner_n do_v humble_o conceive_v and_o be_v advise_v by_o their_o council_n that_o there_o be_v no_o east-india_n company_n in_o be_v at_o this_o time_n the_o charter_n of_o the_o late_a company_n be_v void_a the_o say_a paper_n be_v in_o fact_n the_o answer_n of_o no_o body_n and_o consequent_o not_o one_o person_n liable_a either_o to_o own_o or_o justify_v the_o content_n thereof_o the_o petitioner_n therefore_o humble_o pray_v that_o in_o consideration_n of_o the_o premise_n your_o majesty_n will_v be_v gracions_o to_o the_o order_n of_o council_n all_o party_n attend_v and_o the_o merchant_n who_o oppose_v the_o late_a company_n charter_n give_v this_o follow_a reply_n to_o the_o company_n answer_v viz._n to_o the_o queen_n most_o excellent_a majesty_n the_o humble_a reply_n of_o several_a merchant_n and_o other_o who_o petition_v your_o majesty_n in_o council_n on_o the_o 17_o and_o 31_o of_o august_n last_o to_o the_o answer_n of_o certain_a person_n still_v themselves_o the_o governor_n and_o company_n of_o merchant_n of_o london_n trading_n into_o the_o east-indies_n the_o petitioner_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o present_a war_n do_v humble_o beseech_v your_o majesty_n protection_n for_o 400_o seaman_n to_o go_v in_o five_o ship_n to_o the_o east-indies_n in_o humble_a confidence_n of_o your_o majesty_n grant_v the_o same_o for_o that_o as_o the_o petitioner_n be_v advise_v that_o trade_n be_v free_a by_o the_o law_n of_o this_o land_n to_o all_o the_o subject_n of_o england_n in_o which_o they_o find_v themselves_o obstruct_v by_o those_o who_o be_v but_o private_a person_n be_v in_o the_o same_o condition_n with_o the_o rest_n of_o your_o majesty_n subject_n and_o yet_o do_v assume_v to_o themselves_o the_o name_n and_o power_n of_o a_o corporation_n though_o they_o be_v actual_o dissolve_v by_o act_n of_o parliament_n which_o be_v the_o high_a judgement_n can_v be_v give_v against_o they_o and_o yet_o those_o very_a person_n who_o now_o oppose_v the_o petitioner_n in_o obtain_v protection_n for_o 400_o seaman_n have_v themselves_o petitition_v for_o protection_n for_o 1200_o seaman_n and_o have_v also_o press_v your_o majesty_n to_o have_v this_o trade_n grant_v sole_o to_o they_o and_o to_o restrain_v the_o petitioner_n and_o all_o other_o your_o majesty_n subject_n from_o the_o lawful_a exercise_n thereof_o though_o such_o restraint_n be_v not_o warrantable_a by_o law_n as_o to_o the_o allegation_n make_v by_o the_o respondent_o that_o the_o question_n ship_n which_o wait_v for_o she_o in_o the_o down_n wherein_o the_o security_n of_o the_o voyage_n do_v so_o much_o consist_v but_o be_v also_o a_o present_a loss_n upon_o your_o petitioner_n of_o nine_o pound_n a_o day_n for_o wages_n and_o victual_n to_o the_o seaman_n and_o in_o regard_n the_o say_a ship_n be_v stop_v upon_o the_o bare_a allegation_n of_o the_o say_a company_n without_o
