to_o be_v restore_v to_o their_o respective_a estate_n and_o be_v also_o to_o be_v discharge_v of_o all_o bond_n and_o security_n enter_v into_o to_o the_o commissioner_n appoint_v by_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n bear_v date_n the_o 19_o of_o june_n 1648._o or_o any_o act_n by_o or_o under_o they_o for_o payment_n of_o any_o money_n by_o reason_n of_o their_o say_a delinquency_n except_o such_o person_n as_o be_v by_o this_o act_n except_v and_o provide_v against_o and_o except_v such_o county_n as_o shall_v not_o pay_v in_o their_o say_a fine_n according_a to_o the_o appointment_n of_o this_o act._n and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n within_o the_o say_a county_n shall_v after_o the_o pass_n of_o this_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n or_o commission_n from_o the_o lord_n general_n or_o shall_v join_v with_o any_o such_o person_n or_o force_n or_o shall_v be_v aid_v or_o assist_v to_o any_o force_n whatsoever_o contrary_a to_o the_o aforesaid_a authority_n he_o and_o they_o be_v hereby_o declare_v traitor_n and_o uncapable_a of_o any_o pardon_n and_o their_o estate_n confiscate_v
