all_o covenant-breaker_n and_o false_a accuser_n and_o self-seekers_a be_v the_o cause_n of_o perilous_a time_n and_o so_o be_v all_o such_o in_o who_o eye_n a_o vile_a person_n be_v not_o contemn_v and_o who_o honour_v not_o such_o as_o fear_v the_o lord_n and_o who_o keep_v not_o their_o covenant_n and_o promise_v for_o all_o such_o be_v no_o saint_n in_o god_n esteem_n and_o therefore_o a_o wicked_a generation_n of_o man_n and_o such_o as_o make_v the_o time_n wherein_o they_o live_v perilous_a and_o dangerous_a and_o therefore_o ought_v by_o all_o the_o true_a saint_n and_o godly_a to_o be_v shun_v and_o avoid_v now_o if_o it_o can_v be_v prove_v that_o the_o independent_o be_v such_o as_o in_o who_o eye_n a_o vile_a person_n be_v not_o contemn_v and_o such_o as_o honour_v not_o their_o place_n and_o livelyhood_n or_o for_o the_o hinder_v of_o their_o preferment_n yea_o and_o which_o be_v more_o for_o the_o hinder_v of_o the_o work_n of_o reformation_n in_o the_o church_n i_o demand_v i_o say_v of_o any_o true_o godly_a christian_a whether_o they_o think_v that_o in_o any_o such_o man_n eye_n as_o do_v all_o these_o office_n and_o courtesy_n to_o wicked_a and_o ungodly_a that_o when_o the_o independent_o have_v be_v demand_v by_o some_o godly_a and_o orthodox_n minister_n why_o they_o have_v leave_v the_o public_a assembly_n see_v there_o be_v now_o no_o ceremony_n nor_o any_o thing_n in_o their_o doctrine_n that_o they_o can_v find_v fault_n with_o and_o they_o have_v reply_v that_o it_o be_v in_o regard_n that_o their_o congregation_n be_v mix_v that_o tagg_n rag_n and_o all_o sort_n of_o man_n be_v admit_v to_o the_o sacrament_n with_o who_o they_o can_v not_o join_v whereupon_o the_o minister_n that_o they_o may_v remove_v this_o scandal_n and_o offence_n labour_v by_o all_o mean_n to_o persuade_v the_o people_n so_o to_o behave_v themselves_o as_o they_o may_v manifest_v unto_o
we_o hold_v it_o say_v he_o yea_o that_o for_o the_o admission_n of_o any_o to_o membership_n or_o office_n bear_v in_o a_o church_n the_o consent_n of_o the_o congregation_n or_o the_o major_a part_n thereof_o as_o well_o as_o officer_n be_v require_v and_o that_o as_o well_o in_o regard_n every_o one_o take_v a_o charge_n upon_o he_o as_o in_o respect_n of_o interest_n i_o expect_v that_o this_o
